An ultra-high frequency super thin coaxial RF connector assembly comprising a combination of an ultra-high frequency super thin coaxial RF board side connector and an ultra-high frequency super thin coaxial RF wire side connector, wherein the arrangement of a traditionally conventional board side connector center terminal is omitted for the ultra-high frequency super thin coaxial RF board side connector, for the ultra-high frequency super thin coaxial RF wire side connector to transfer an RF signal to a circuit board directly without using an RF board side center terminal. As such, there is no need to arrange a board side center terminal in the Ultra high frequency super thin coaxial RF board side connector, so that a board side shield terminal in the Ultra high frequency super thin coaxial RF board side connector may provide an electrical shield more effectively, allowing the ultra-high frequency super thin coaxial RF connector assembly of the present invention to be capable of providing an RF signal in an UHF (Ultra High Frequency) millimeter wave band above 30 GHz for transmission.

Ultra-high frequency super thin coaxial RF connector assembly

A connection method of an RF cable end connector and a coaxial cable and an internal terminal used thereof are provided. An insulator is formed outside a body of the internal terminal by embedded molding, making the internal terminal have a composite structure integrated with the insulator. The internal terminal can be connected to the coaxial cable by, for example, clamping. This allows connection between the RF cable end connector and the coaxial cable to be easily accomplished by automatic processes, thereby reducing fabrication costs of RF cable end connector jumpers.

A multiple-piece FPC connector disposes an insulation seat and a cover separately to constitute a multiple-piece structure, and buries entirety or part of an electric conduction terminal set into an insert molding mold of the connector insulation seat prior to the insert molding for the connector insulation seat to perform joining of the connector insulation seat and the electric conduction terminal set, such that fixation for the electric conduction terminal set is achieved without plug equipment. Thereby, complexity of making the FPC connector is reduced, and the issues of electric conduction terminal dropping and residual stress of insulation seat are solved.
