An active sounding device integrated into a flat panel display includes a glass diaphragm having a first surface on which a light emitting array and a touch panel are formed, a plurality of planar voice coils arranged on the second surface of the glass diaphragm opposite to the first surface, and a magnet assembly arranged below the plurality of planar voice coils, wherein the plurality of planar voice coils are electromagnetically coupled to the magnet assembly for converting received electrical signals into vibration signals of the glass diaphragm and making the flat panel display emitting sound.

Active sounding device integrated into flat panel display

A passive sounding device integrated into a flat panel display includes a glass diaphragm having a first surface for forming a light-emitting array of the flat-panel display thereon, a suspension edge, and a frame, wherein the glass diaphragm is tightly sealed with the frame through the suspension edge to form an airtight space in the frame, and the glass diaphragm vibrates and emits sound in response to the pressure of the sound waves generated by an active sounding device.

Passive sounding device integrated into flat panel display

A touch-sensitive keypad control device for use with a controlled device is provided. The touch-sensitive keypad control device includes: a housing, a touch control device disposed in the housing, and a keypad device uncovered from the housing and disposed above the touch control device. The touch control device generates a first command for controlling the controlled device in response to a gesture of a user relative to the keypad device, and the keypad device generates a second command for controlling the controlled device in response to a level change of the keypad device relative to the housing in response to a pressing operation of a user.

Touch-sensitive keypad control device

A touch-sensing electronic device includes a housing having first, second and third touch-sensing surfaces; a substrate extensively disposed under the first, second and third touch-sensing surfaces; sensing electrodes formed on the same substrate, and having capacitance changes in response to touch operations or gestures respectively performed on or over the first, second and third touch-sensing surfaces, wherein the sensing electrodes are grouped into three sensing electrode arrays corresponding to the first, second and third touch-sensing surfaces, respectively; and a controller for generating respective control signals corresponding to the touch operations performed on or over the first, second and third touch-sensing surfaces. At least two of the three sensing electrode arrays have different configurations for performing different sensing operations.

Multi-phase touch-sensing electronic device

A user input device for use with a controlled device. The user input device includes a substrate; a plurality of sensing electrodes disposed separately on or in the substrate for sensing an object; and a controller electrically coupled to the sensing electrodes and stored therein at least one virtual key allocation table, wherein the controller executes a converting operation to generate a sensed object information according to a capacitance data realized from the sensing electrodes, and generates an input command associated with a specified key in the virtual key allocation table, which corresponds to the sensed object information, for controlling the controlled device. The same sensed object information can be designed to correspond to keys of different definition under different virtual key allocation tables, and/or derive different input commands in different operational.

Adaptive user input device

A touch-sensitive module is provided. The touch-sensitive module includes at least one first sub-unit. The first sub-unit includes a first sensor pad, a second sensor pad and a wrapper. The second sensor pad has a first portion and a second portion separated from each other. The first sensor pad passes through a gap between the first portion and the second portion of the second sensor pad. Two ends of a wire are electrically connected to the first portion and the second portion of the second sensor pad, respectively. The wrapper covers the first sensor pad and the second sensor pad. A first lead and a second lead connected to the first sensor pad protrude from the wrapper. A third lead and a fourth lead connected to the second sensor pad protrude from the wrapper.

Touch-sensitive module

A touch sensing device and a touch control system are provided. The touch sensing device includes a substrate, three conductive sensor pad units and a processing unit. The three conductive sensor pad units sense a touch operation and generate three corresponding sensing signals in response to the touch operation. The processing unit determines values of at least three variables according to the three sensing signals. The controlled device of the touch control system is controlled according to the values of the variables.

Touch sensing device and touch control system

An input device and an input method for a data processing device are provided. The input device includes a touch-sensitive module, an operation prompt interface and a controller. According to the input method, the input device issues a first input signal to the data processing device when a first electrical property change resulting from the keystroke or the tap is sensed in a first operation state. The input device is switched from the first operation state to a second operation state in response to a switching operation. The input device issues a second input signal to the data processing device when a second electrical property change resulting from a touch action is sensed in the second operation state.

Input device and input method

A wireless control system, a touch-sensitive pad structure, a touch-sensitive module and a method for manufacturing the touch-sensitive module are provided. The wireless control system includes a controlled device and a remote controller which includes the touch-sensitive module. The touch-sensitive module includes a plurality of sensor pads. The controlled device is controlled by detecting changes of physical properties of the sensor pads without touching the sensor pads.
