A fan module comprises a frame, a wire-stopping structure, an impeller and a circuit board. The frame includes a frame wall, a base, a plurality of static blades and a connector. A wire groove formed on an outside of the frame wall to accommodate a wire. The static blades are radially connected to the base and the frame wall. The connector is formed on the outside of the frame wall and extended from one end of the wire groove to the base along one of the static blades. The connector includes a plurality of pins. The wire-stopping board is fixed to the frame wall to cover the wire groove. The impeller is disposed in the frame. The circuit board is disposed in the frame and located on the base. The circuit board includes a plurality of pin holes, and the pin holes are electrically connected to the pins.

Fan module

A bushing structure cooperating with a shaft is disclosed. The bushing structure includes a cylindrical body and an extension portion. The cylindrical body has a shaft hole and the shaft is disposed in the shaft hole. The extension portion is disposed at one end of the cylindrical body and surrounds the cylindrical body. The cylindrical body and the extension portion are made of an iron-contained material.

Bushing structure and fan

A fan includes an impeller and a motor for driving the impeller to rotate. The motor includes a bushing and a rotating shaft penetrating through the bushing. The bushing includes a tube and at least one base connected with one end of the tube. An inner diameter of the tube is smaller than an inner diameter of the base so that the mechanism design variability is enhanced and the efficiency of the fan and the motor is enhanced by effectively utilizing an inner space of the bushing.

A fan includes an impeller, a motor, a circuit board, a fan frame and a connecting member. The motor is used to drive the impeller to rotate. The circuit board is electrically connected to the motor. The impeller and the motor are accommodated in the fan frame. The connecting member is disposed at one side of the fan frame. The circuit board is disposed between the connecting member and the fan frame. Also, a fan assembly including such two fans is also disclosed.

A fan housing. The fan housing mounted on a frame of a system includes a main body, a first section, a second section and a fixing portion. Both the first and second sections are disposed on the main body. A gap is formed between the first and second sections. The fixing portion is formed in the gap.

Fan assembly and its housing

A modified mounting structure for a heat-dissipating device. The heat-dissipating device has a motor and a seat with a slot mounted on a base or the cover portion of a stator thereof. The seat secures a motor controller of the heat-dissipating device detecting phase changes of the magnetic poles of the motor. The structure of a heat-dissipating device reduces required components, manufacturing cost and assembly time, and the control circuit is greatly simplified.

A motor rotor. The motor rotor adapted to be used in a fan includes a hub, a metal plate and a magnet. The metal plate has a first end and a second end. The metal plate is disposed in the hub. The magnet is disposed in the metal plate. A method for manufacturing a motor rotor mentioned includes providing a metal plate having a first end and a second end; connecting the first and second ends to shape the metal plate as a ring; placing the metal plate in a hub; and placing a magnet in the metal plate.
