A photographic apparatus includes an image sensor, a processing unit, a light emitting unit, and a control unit. The image sensor is configured to capture a continuous image, and generate an exposure signal according to an exposure sequence corresponding to the continuous image. The processing unit is electrically connected to the image sensor and is configured to calculate an exposure value according to the continuous image. The control unit is electrically connected to the image sensor, the processing unit, and the light emitting unit. According to the exposure value, the control unit may select a continuous mode to drive the light emitting unit to emit light continuously, or a pulse mode to cooperate with the exposure signal to drive the light emitting unit to pulse light, in order to fill light while capturing the continuous image.

Photographic apparatus and exposure luminance adjustment method

An image capturing method with supplemental lighting modulation is applied to a monitoring apparatus having a lighting unit and an image detecting unit. The image capturing method includes dividing a working period of the lighting unit into at least one first sub-period and at least one second sub-period, driving the lighting unit to respectively output supplemental light with different intensity during the first sub-period and the second sub-period, driving the image detecting unit to respectively capture a set of monitoring images with a predetermined amount during the first sub-period and the second sub-period, comparing the monitoring image captured in the first sub-period with ones captured in the second sub-period, analyzing definition of the set of monitoring images, and selecting a corresponding monitoring image having the definition greater than a threshold to execute image recognition.

Image capturing method and monitoring apparatus with supplemental lighting modulation

A network camera system includes a network camera and an illumination device. The illumination device is connected to the network camera. The illumination device includes an illumination unit and a processing unit. The illumination unit is used for providing illumination light to the network camera. The processing unit is connected to the illumination unit for detecting a practical operation power of the network camera, calculating a maximum illumination power according to an electrical power received by the illumination device and the practical operation power, and transmitting the practical operation power and the maximum illumination power to the network camera and the illumination unit respectively.

A light compensating system in accordance with this invention comprises a plurality of light emitting devices, an image capturing device, and a processing device. The processing device is respectively coupled to the plurality of light emitting devices and the image capturing device. Each light emitting device is used for emitting light to illuminate a certain area in space. The image capturing device is used for capturing a first image, which can be defined as a plurality of image blocks. Each image block is affected by the light from at least one corresponding light emitting device. The processing device is used for analyzing a brightness value of at least one of the plurality image block and adjusting at least one light emitting device corresponding to the analyzed image block based on the brightness value.

Light compensating system and method thereof

An image surveillance device includes a casing, a heat dissipating cover, a partition, a lens module, and a light emitting module. The heat dissipating cover covers the casing and has a heat conduction sheet extending inward into the casing. The partition is disposed in the casing to divide an inner space of the casing into an upper space and a lower space. The lens module is disposed in the lower space for capturing images. The light emitting module is disposed on the heat conduction sheet and located in the upper space for emitting light out of the casing when the lens module captures the images. Heat generated by the light emitting module is conducted to the heat dissipating cover via the heat conduction sheet.

An electronic device includes a first housing, a first pivoting mechanism disposed on a side of the first housing, a second housing, a second pivoting mechanism disposed on a side of the second housing, and a bridging component. A first end and a second end of the bridging component are respectively pivoted on the first pivoting mechanism and the second pivoting mechanism. The bridging component includes a first contacting portion for contacting against the side of the first housing when the first pivoting mechanism pivots on the first end so that the first housing rotates around the second housing at a first angle, and a second contacting portion for contacting against the side of the second housing when the second end pivots on the second pivoting mechanism so that the first housing rotates around the second housing at a second angle greater than the first angle.

Electronic device with biaxial pivoting mechanism

A light source driving device includes a light source unit, a driving unit, a voltage converting unit, a detecting unit, and a feed-back control unit. The driving unit is used to receive an input signal, and convert the input signal to a driving signal for output according to an enable signal and a feed-back signal. The voltage converting unit is used to convert the driving signal to a driving voltage, so as to output the driving voltage to a first end of the light source unit. The detecting unit is coupled to a second end of the light source unit, and used to detect an output current of the light source unit, so as to generate a detecting voltage. The feed-back control unit generates the feed-back signal according to the detecting voltage and a pulse width modulation signal.
