A method for adjusting flux distribution positions on a circuit board is provided. The method includes: preparing a circuit board with a plurality of soldering joints distributed on its surface and applying a layer of flux to cover the soldering joints; performing optical alignment by transferring the circuit board to a working area, capturing an image of the circuit board with an optical camera, and calculating position information; performing laser cleaning by utilizing a laser generator to emit laser light and remove excess flux around the soldering joints based on the position information, leaving flux only on the top surfaces of the soldering joints; and conducting automated optical inspection to verify whether the circuit board is defective. This method ensures precise flux distribution on the solder joints' top surfaces, enhancing the quality and reliability of subsequent soldering processes.

Method for adjusting flux distribution positions on circuit board

A replaceable ink bag and an ink cartridge with replaceable ink bag are provided. The ink bag includes an ink amount trigger, a bag body and a positioning element. The two opposite sides of the bag are partially adhered with the ink amount trigger and the positioning element respectively. The ink cartridge includes a cartridge body, an ink bag and a lid body. The lid body is removably engaged to the cartridge body to house the ink bag. The wall on long side of the cartridge includes at least a retention block. The surroundings of the positioning element of the ink bag are disposed with at least a retention element. The retention element can be inserted between the retention block and the bottom of the cartridge body for fixing the ink bag inside the cartridge.

Replaceable ink bag and ink cartridge with replaceable ink bag

An opening and closing structure for ink cartridge, the ink cartridge includes a cartridge body and a lid, engaged to form a container to house a replaceable ink bag. Each of the two corresponding sides of the lid where the lid and cartridge body engage is disposed with at least a protruding hook element. Each of the two corresponding long side walls of the cartridge body is disposed with at least a latch unit. The latch unit includes a trench and a resilient latch element. As such, the lid can be easily engaged to and disengaged from the cartridge body for replacing the ink bag.

Opening and closing structure of ink cartridge

An ink cartridge with replaceable ink bag is provided, including a cartridge body, an ink bag and a lid body. The lid body is removably engaged to the cartridge body to house the ink bag. The wall on long side of the cartridge includes at least a retention block. The ink bag includes a trigger based on amount of remaining ink, a bag body and a positioning element. The bag body is partially glued to the positioning element. The surroundings of the positioning element are disposed with at least a retention element. The retention element can be inserted between the retention block and the bottom of the cartridge body for fixing the ink bag inside the cartridge. As such, the cartridge body and the lid body of the present invention can be reused to save the cost as well as resources to reduce the environmental waste.

Ink cartridge with replaceable ink bag

An ink cartridge apparatus for continuously supplying ink is provided, including a connection device, an exposed chip socket and a filtering device on an ink cartridge main body. The connection device is for connecting to an ink bottle and the filtering device is for filtering the impurity from the ink flowing from the ink bottle into ink cartridge main body. The exposed chip socket is for the user to replace the chip more conveniently. With the ink supply mechanism of ink bottle into ink cartridge main body, the ink cartridge main body can maintain good ink quality and when the threshold set by the chip is exceeded, the replacement of the chip can be done without removing the entire ink cartridge from the printer so as to achieve the object of continuously supplying ink.

Ink cartridge apparatus for continuously supplying ink

An uninterrupted ink supply system is provided, including a main cartridge connected to a printer, a connection device having an automatic airflow control structure and installed on said main cartridge, and a replenishment cartridge for connecting to the connection device. The replenishment cartridge is connected to the connection device, and is able to refill the ink into the main cartridge, and automatically stop refilling when the ink level reaching a specific height and start refilling again when ink level below a specific height. When the replenishment cartridge is removed for refilling when the ink is used up, the main cartridge still contains ink so that the printing will not be suspended.
