An LED filament comprising a plurality of LED filament units, each of the plurality of LED filament units includes a LED chip with an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface of the LED chip, and a light conversion layer comprising a top layer and a base layer, and the base layer comprises an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface of the base layer, where the top layer with an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface of the top layer is disposed on at least two sides of each of the LED chips, the lower surface of each of the LED chips is close to the upper surface of the base layer, and the upper surface of the top layer is away from each of the LED chips.

An LED light bulb comprising a lamp housing, a bulb base, connected to the lamp housing, a stem connected to the bulb base and located in the lamp housing; an LED filament, disposed in the lamp housing, where points of the LED filament in an xyz coordinates are defined as x, y, and z, an x-y plane of the xyz coordinates is perpendicular to the height direction of the LED light bulb, an z-axis of xyz coordinates is parallel with the stem, and the projection of the LED filament on the x-y plane, y-z plane and x-z plane respectively has a length L1, L2 and L3, and the length L1, the length L2, and the length L3 are substantially in a ratio of 1:(0.5 to 1):(0.6 to 0.9).

An LED light bulb includes a bulb shell, a bulb base, two conductive supports, a stem, two supporting arms, and an LED filament. The bulb base is connected with the bulb shell. The two conductive supports are disposed in the bulb shell. The stem extends from the bulb base to inside of the bulb shell. The two supporting arms are disposed in the bulb shell. The LED filament includes a plurality of LED chips arranged in an array and two conductive electrodes respectively disposed at two ends of the LED filament and connected to the LED chips. The two conductive electrodes are respectively connected to the two conductive supports. A direction of a first highest curved portion of the LED filament and a direction of a second highest curved portion of the LED filament are substantially opposite to a direction of a lower curved portion of the LED filament.

An LED light bulb includes a bulb shell, a bulb base, two conductive supports, a stem, and an LED filament. The bulb base is connected with the bulb shell. The two conductive supports are disposed in the bulb shell. The stem extends from the bulb base to inside of the bulb shell. The LED filament includes a plurality of LED chips and two conductive electrodes. The LED chips are arranged in an array along an elongated direction of the LED filament. A micro-LED display panel including a substrate, an anisotropic conductive film, and a plurality of micro-LEDs is provided. The anisotropic conductive film is disposed on the substrate. The micro-LEDs and the anisotropic conductive film are disposed at the same side of the substrate, and the micro-LEDs are electrically connected to the substrate through the anisotropic conductive film. Each of the micro-LEDs includes an epitaxial layer and an electrode layer electrically connected to the epitaxial layer, and the electrode layers comprises a first electrode and a second electrode which are located between the substrate and the corresponding epitaxial layer. A ratio of a thickness of each of the electrode layers to a thickness of the corresponding epitaxial layer ranges from 0.1 to 0.5, and a gap between the first electrode and the second electrode of each of the micro-LEDs is in a range of 1 &#x3bc;m to 30 &#x3bc;m.

Manufacturing method of micro-LED display panel

A display panel includes a first substrate, a plurality of first color micro light emitting diodes (LEDs), a plurality of second color LEDs and a shading layer. The first substrate has a plurality of pixel zones arranged in an array form. Each of the first color LEDs has a first light emitting surface facing to a display direction. Each of the second color LEDs has a second light emitting surface facing to the display direction. Each of the pixel zones is provided with one of the first color micro LEDs and one of the second color LEDs. The shading layer is disposed in the pixel zones. The shading layer overlaps part of the first light emitting surface and part of the second light emitting surface in the display direction.

A carrier structure suitable for transferring or supporting a plurality of micro devices including a carrier and a plurality of transfer units is provided. The transfer units are disposed on the carrier. Each of the transfer units includes a plurality of transfer parts. Each of the transfer parts has a transfer surface. Each of the micro devices has a device surface. The transfer surfaces of the transfer parts of each of the transfer units are connected to the device surface of corresponding micro device. The area of each of the transfer surfaces is smaller than the area of the device surface of the corresponding micro device. A micro device structure using the carrier structure is also provided.
