A printing head assembly including a fixing member, two nozzle heads, two driving units, two position-limiting members, and two position-restoring members is provided. Each nozzle head has a filament connection tube and a material extrusion port respectively penetrating through the fixing member, wherein the filament connection tube has a position-limiting portion. The driving units drive the corresponding filaments to feed into the corresponding nozzle heads. The position-limiting members are respectively disposed between the corresponding driving unit and the fixing member, and are connected to the corresponding filament connection tubes. The position-restoring members are respectively disposed between the corresponding position-limiting member and the fixing member. Each of the filament connection tubes respectively leans against the fixing member through the corresponding position-limiting portion or the corresponding position-limiting member, so as to limit the material extrusion port of each nozzle head to move between a first height level and a second height level.

Printing head assembly

A three-dimensional printing head includes a housing (), a fusing module () arranged in the housing (), and a heat dissipation module (). The fusing module () is disposed in the housing () and includes a feeding tube () with both ends open. A feeding inlet () for receiving a filament material () is at one end of the feeding tube (), a supplying nozzle () is at the other end of the feeding tube (), and multiple fins () are formed outside of the feeding tube (). A heater () is disposed at the supplying nozzle () to heat the same for melting the filament material (). The heat dissipation module () includes a fan () arranged in the housing (), and the fan () has an inlet side () and an outlet side () opposite thereto. The outlet side () is arranged toward the fusing module ().

Three-dimensional printing head

A feeding apparatus for forming 3D object includes a frame structure, a transmission set, an actuator, a swing unit and a controller having a sensor. The feeding apparatus is arranged on a 3D printer equipped with printing mechanism and a filament spool. When the filament is fed into a passageway of the frame structure to push the swing unit, the sensor senses the displacement of swing unit to generate a sensing signal. The controller controls the actuator to drive the transmission set according to the sensing signal, whereby the wire can be smoothly fed into the printing mechanism.

Feeding apparatus for forming 3D object

A printing head module includes a bracket, a locking mechanism disposed on the bracket and a printing head. The bracket includes a containing cavity and a supporter. The locking mechanism includes a pressing component fixed to the supporter, a locking component and an elastic component. The locking component pivoted to the pressing component such that the elastic component leans therebetween. The locking component has a first positioning portion. The printing head detachably disposed in the containing cavity includes a second positioning component. The first positioning portion is engaged with the second positioning component, so the elastic component is pressed to provide the locking component a restoring force away from the pressing component to confine the printing head between the locking component and the bracket.

Printing head module

A 3-D printing apparatus is configured to make a modeling material form a 3-D object layer by layer. The 3-D printing apparatus includes a printing assembly and a cleaning unit. The printing assembly includes a feeding tube, a nozzle and a driving wheel set disposed between the feeding tube and the nozzle to drive the modeling material transferred to the nozzle from the feeding tube and then exiting from the printing assembly via the nozzle so as to form a 3-D object layer by layer. The cleaning unit has a brush, in which the brush leans against on the driving wheel set to clean out the residual modeling material while the driving wheel set rotates relatively to the cleaning unit.
