An encoder assembly includes an encoder, a fixing cover for receiving the encoder, and a protecting cover for receiving the fixing cover. The encoder includes a main body, and a trumpet-shaped rubber collar extending from a first end of the main body. The fixing cover includes a first open end and a second open end opposite to the first open end. The second open end engages with an outer side of the rubber collar. The protecting cover includes an open end and a closed end opposite to the open end. A circular protrusion extends from an inner wall of the closed end to engage with an inner side of the rubber collar.

Encoder assembly

A testing system for testing a temperature characteristic of a first motor includes a second motor, a controller, a driver, a load, a temperature sensor, and a temperature recorder. The controller provides a drive command for the driver to drive the second motor. The second motor drives the first motor via a coupling. A current of the first motor is determined by adjusting the resistance of the load. The temperature sensor senses the temperatures of the first motor every a determined time and sends the temperatures to the temperature recorder. The temperature recorder records and transmits the temperatures to the controller for the temperature characteristic test of the first motor.

Testing system and method for motor

A support device for a shaft extension of a motor, the motor including a flange facing and a shaft, the shaft not protruding outward beyond the flange facing. The support device includes a retainer and a bearing. The retainer includes a receiving chamber. The retainer is fastened to the flange facing of the motor. The bearing includes an inner hole. The bearing is received in the receiving chamber of the retainer. A shaft extension is coupled with the shaft of the motor through the inner hole of the bearing. The shaft extension is supported by the retainer and bearing.

Motor shaft support device

An assembly mechanism is provided to press an inner stator into a receiving space of an outer stator. The assembly mechanism includes a pressing unit and a first positioning plate. The pressing unit includes a supporting device to support the outer stator, and a pressing device movable relatively to the supporting device. The first positioning plate is attached to a top of the outer stator. The first positioning plate defines an opening forming a clearance fit with the inner stator. The opening receives the inner stator and guides the inner stator to move into the receiving space of the outer stator under a pressing action of the pressing device. An assembly method is also provided.
