The present invention provides a back frame of a flat panel display device. The back frame includes at least two assembling pieces. The at least two assembling pieces are joined to form the back frame. The back frame further includes a bracing piece, which is of a multiple-stepped configuration and is mounted to the assembling piece. The present invention also provides a bracing piece and a backlight system. The back frame and backlight system of flat panel display device of the present invention make the structure of a back frame mold simple, reduce the cost of back frame mold, save the material used for the back frame, and lower down the cost of flat panel display device. Further, the bracing piece of the back frame is applicable to various mounting heights of mounting holes, can be manufactured together in a unified manner, reduces the cost of mold, and improves manufacturing efficiency.

The present invention provides a back frame of flat panel display device, which includes at least two primary assembling pieces. The at least two primary assembling pieces both include a joint section. The at least two primary assembling pieces are joined to form a main frame structure of the back frame by having corresponding joint sections joined to and mating each other. At least one of the primary assembling pieces includes a reinforcement structure formed on the joint section thereof. The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing a back frame and a backlight system. The back frame of flat panel display device, the method for manufacturing back frame, and the backlight system of the present invention have a simple structure and can reduce the expenditure of the back frame mold, and can also save the material used for back frame so as to lower down the cost of flat panel display device, and also improve the strength of the back frame at a joining site to thereby ensure that the overall strength of the back frame meets the desired requirements.

Back frame of flat panel display device, method for manufacturing back frame, and backlight system

A back frame including at least two main pieces is disclosed. The adjacent main pieces are assembled via assembly sections, and a plurality of anchor points are arranged on different locations of each of the assembly sections. The size of the back frame is variably configured by assembling the adjacent main pieces through different anchor points. The main pieces with anchor points on different locations may be manufactured by the same mold. The main pieces are assembled to form back frame with different sizes so as to reduce the mold cost and the manufacturing cost.

The present invention provides a back frame of flat panel display device, which includes at least two primary assembling pieces. The present invention provides a back frame of a flat panel display device. The back frame includes at least two assembling pieces. The at least two assembling pieces are joined to form the back frame. The back frame further includes a bracing piece that is fixed to the assembling pieces, wherein the assembling pieces are mountable to at least two different positions of the bracing piece in a lengthwise direction of the bracing piece and the bracing piece is mountable to at least two different positions of the assembling pieces in a lengthwise direction of the assembling piece. The present invention also provides a backlight system. The back frame and the backlight system of the flat panel display device of the present invention have a simple structure of mold for the back frame, reduce the cost of back frame mold, save the material used for back frame, and thus lower down the manufacturing cost of flat panel display device. Further, by making the mounting position of a bracing piece to an assembling piece adjustable in a two-dimensional manner, a single bracing piece may meet different needs for mounting so as to further reduce the manufacturing cost of the flat panel display device.

The present invention provides a connection structure for panel and frame and holding member thereof. The connection structure includes a panel and a frame supporting the panel. The panel and the frame use a plurality of holding members to fix and hold. The holding member includes a presser and a connection part extending from one side of the presser. The connection part includes a first extension part and a second extension part. The first extension part and the second extension part connect a corresponding connection element on the side of the frame. As such, the present invention saves the front frame and fixes a liquid crystal panel and a frame of a liquid crystal module to reduce the transportation risk, protect the liquid crystal panel from damage, simplify the overall assembly structure of the liquid crystal module and reduce the assembly cost.

The present invention provides a backboard, a backlight module, and a liquid crystal display device. The backboard is configured by at least two units interconnected together, wherein the backboard includes a bottom and sidewall extending from edge of the bottom, wherein the sidewall is provided with at least a fastener which is implemented by attaching a screw onto the sidewall. The backboard is configured by two interconnected units so as to reduce the manufacturing cost. The backlight module and the liquid crystal display device are also benefited with reduced manufacturing cost. The backboard is provided with fastener implemented by attaching a screw. Accordingly, this arrangement is specially suitable for the situation in which the fasteners can not be integrally formed with the backboard. This arrangement is further beneficial for the assembling of the backlight module.

A display device is proposed. The display device includes a frame, a back plate, a display panel, a flexible printed circuit board, and a tape. The frame is assembled to the back plate to form an accommodation space. The display panel, is disposed in the accommodation space and situated on top of the back plate. The flexible printed circuit board is stuck to and electrically connected to the display panel. The tape includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion of the tape is disposed opposite the flexible printed circuit board on the display panel. The present invention provides a backlight module, containing an edge-lit backlight source; a light guide plate having a light incident surface and a light emitting surface where the light incident surface faces directly towards the backlight source; an optical film set positioned on a top side of the light guide plate facing directly towards the light emitting surface of the light guide plate; a reflection plate on a bottom side of the light guide plate; and a thermal conductive layer on a bottom side of the reflection plate conducting heat produced from the backlight source at least to the center of the reflection plate. The backlight module raises the temperature in the center of the panel, thereby preventing the cross talk resulted from having lower temperature in the center of the panel. There is no significant change to the existing backlight modules and therefore the cost is low.
