The disclosure provides an interactive projection system and an interactive display method of the projection system. The interactive projection system includes a biologically-modeled housing, a first projection device disposed inside the biologically-modeled housing and an interactive sensing device, and a controller. The biologically-modeled housing includes a light-transmissive curved projection area. The first projection device projects the first physiological image onto the curved projection area. The interactive sensing device obtains the input signal. The controller is electrically connected to the first projection device and the interactive sensing device to identify the input signal and obtain user instructions. The controller controls the first projection device to project the second physiological image to the curved projection area according to user instructions. The first physiological image and the second physiological image display the physiological features corresponding to the curved projection area at a position on the biologically-modeled housing.

Interactive projection system and interactive display method of projection system

A projection apparatus and a projection method thereof are provided. The projection apparatus includes a frame refresh rate conversion chip, a spatial light modulation circuit and a control circuit. The frame refresh rate conversion chip performs frame refresh rate conversion on a first video signal to generate a second video signal. The control circuit is coupled to the frame refresh rate conversion chip and the spatial light modulation circuit, and adjusts a resolution and a frame refresh rate of a projected image generated by the spatial light modulation circuit according to a frame refresh rate of the second video signal.

Projection apparatus and projection method thereof

An optical projector includes a casing, a partition element, an optical projection module and a main board. The casing includes a main body, a first cover and a second cover. The partition element is disposed at the main body, and the first cover is detachably disposed on the main body. The first cover, the partition element and the main body together define a first accommodating space. The second cover is detachably disposed on the main body. The second cover, the partition element and the main body together define a second accommodating space. The optical projection module is disposed in the first accommodating space and the main board is disposed in the second accommodating space.

A calibration cassette pod for robot teaching and a method of using the calibration cassette pod are described. In the calibration cassette pod, a cassette pod body and a cassette pod door are first provided wherein the cassette pod body is constructed of a top panel, a bottom panel, two side panels and a front panel to enclose a cavity therein. A first plurality of ribs is formed on an inside surface of the cassette pod body, each having a predetermined depth sufficient to support an edge portion of a wafer. An optical detector housing is mounted on an opening in the front panel and is adapted for receiving an optical detector therein. An optical detector that includes a light emission source and a photo diode receiver for determining the position of the edge portion of the wafer is mounted in the optical detector housing.

Calibration cassette pod for robot teaching and method of using

An automatically aligning objective aperture assembly for a CDSEM includes a plate that is moveable in X and Y directions relative to an electron beam generated by the SEM. The plate defines one or more objective apertures. Encoders and motors are provided for affecting movement of the plate in the X and Y directions. An image controller, responsive to an image of a semiconductor wafer feature focused upon by the electron beam, controls the encoders and motors in a manner which affects movement of the plate to automatically align the objective aperture with the electron beam.
