Provided is a conductive polymer composite material including an intrinsically conductive polymer, a cellulose nanofiber, and a polyol, wherein the surface of the cellulose nanofiber contains a carboxylic group. In one embodiment, based on 100 parts by weight of the intrinsically conductive polymer, the content of the cellulose nanofiber is 1 to 100 parts by weight, and the content of the polyol is 10 to 3,000 parts by weight. A capacitor including the conductive polymer composite material is also provided.

Conductive polymer composite material and capacitor

A conductive composite is provided, which includes a conductive conjugated polymer and a mixture. The mixture includes (a) boron oxide, and (b) sulfur-containing compound, nitrogen-containing compound, or a combination thereof. Provided is a composite electrode including a metal layer and a composite dielectric layer. The composite dielectric layer includes a metal oxide dielectric layer and a polymer dielectric layer. The composite dielectric layer overlays the metal layer. The polymer dielectric layer includes a nitrogen-containing polymer and overlays the metal oxide dielectric layer. An electrolytic capacitor is also provided. The electrolytic capacitor has a polymer dielectric layer made of a nitrogen-containing polymer, and such polymer dielectric layer is beneficial to increase the insulating property of the metal oxide dielectric layer and the coverage property of the conductive polymer. Thereby, the conventional leakage current can be significantly reduced and the yield can be improved.

An electrolyte mixture for electrolytic capacitor is disclosed. The electrolyte mixture includes a conductive polymer and a nitrogen-containing polymer. The nitrogen-containing polymer includes a cyclic nitrogen-containing polymer, a polymer with primary amine group, a polymer with secondary amine group, a polymer with tertiary amine group, a polymer with quaternary ammonium group, or a combination thereof.

The electrolyte mixture provides a very high static capacitance for an electrolytic capacitor having the same.

An oxidizing agent useful for oxidative polymerization of high conductive polymers is provided. This oxidizing agent is a kind of organic metal complex formed of metal ion salts having oxidizing capability and nitrogen-containing compound having lone pair electrons with partial &#x3c0;-electron character. This organic metal complex has weak oxidizing strength for monomers at room temperature. As such, a mixture of the organic metal complex and the monomers has long-term stability under room temperature. While, at a high temperature, the organic metal complex provides proper oxidative polymerization capability for the monomers. The conductive polymers synthesized by the organic metal complex have excellent conductivity.

Oxidizing agent useful for oxidative polymerization of high conductive polymers

A brightness enhanced self-luminous type display including a self-luminous display panel and a brightness enhancement stacked layer is provided. The self-luminous display panel includes pixels arranged in array, wherein each pixel includes light-emitting sub-pixels displaying different colors. The brightness enhancement stacked layer is disposed on the self-luminous display panel. The brightness enhancement stacked layer includes an absorptive polarizer layer, a phase retardation layer and a reflective polarizer layer. The reflective polarizer layer is between the self-luminous display panel and the phase retardation layer. The phase retardation layer is between the absorptive polarizer layer and the reflective polarizer layer. The reflective polarizer layer includes reflective polarizer blocks arranged in array. Each reflective polarizer block is disposed over one of the light-emitting sub-pixels correspondingly, and a wavelength of maximum intensity of each light-emitting sub-pixel is respectively within a wavelength band of light effectively reflected and polarized by the corresponding reflective polarizer block.

The invention provides a reference electrode including a liquid electrolyte containing water, a water soluble organic compound with molecular size and boiling point are both greater than water, and an ionic salt; a solid crystal of the ionic salt in the liquid electrolyte; a metal/metal salt complex layer in contact with the liquid electrolyte; an leading wire connected to the metal/metal salt complex layer; an insulation case for containing the liquid electrolyte; and a nano-porous junction material embedded in the insulation case for contacting the liquid electrolyte, wherein a pore size of the nano-porous junction material is greater than a cation diameter of the ionic salt but smaller than a molecular length of the water soluble organic compound. The solid crystal of the ionic salt is the sediment of part of the ionic salt because the amount of the ionic salt is more than its solubility in the liquid electrolyte.

Reference electrode

A mixture solution for preparing conducting polymers. The conducting polymer is formed from a mixture of monomer and oxidant solution. The oxidant solution has a high concentration, and also includes a five or six-member ring compound with a functional group which acts as a retardant for the polymerization. Thus, the mixture of a monomer and oxidant solution exhibits excellent stability at room temperature. The conducting polymer accumulating in the space of the capacitor element can be more efficiently formed by using this high concentration oxidant solution. Therefore, the immersion and polymerization processes to form conducting polymer as the electrolyte of a solid electrolytic capacitor can be limited to only a few occurrences.

Mixture solution for preparing a conductive polymer to produce solid electrolytic capacitors and its method

A solid-state electrolytic capacitor and its producing method are disclosed. First, a capacitor element containing conducting polymer as the electrolyte sucks non-conjugate polymer precursors solution and the polymeric precursor polymerizes and crosslinks. Therefore, the conducting polymer combines non-conjugate polymer into a kind of interpenetration or semi-interpenetration network polymer material. Finally complete the manufacture of the capacitor by sealing the capacitor, and conducting the age process.
