An information handling system may include one or more illuminable icons to present information to a user of the system, such as information regarding a status of the information handling system. An illuminable icon may be lit by a plurality of light sources, and light from the plurality of light sources may be diffused across the illuminable icon by a light guide film. Some illuminable icons may have multiple portions that may be separately illuminated to convey different information to a user. An isolation block may prevent light from light sources configured to illuminate one portion of an illuminable icon from illuminating other portions of the illuminable icon. Thus, light for illuminating icons of an information handling system may be diffused and/or blocked to enhance aesthetic appeal of the icons and to prevent user confusion that may result from bleeding of light from one portion of an illuminable icon to another and/or uneven illumination of an icon.

A data transmission cable includes a first wire and a second wire adjacent to each other, each of the first wire and the second wire has a central conductor and a cover layer enclosing the conductor. The conductor has an outer diameter in the range of 28 to 31 AWG, and when the outer diameter of the conductor is 28 AWG, the center distance between the first and second wires is defined between 0.51 mm to 0.75 mm; when the outer diameter of the conductor is 29 AWG, the center distance between the first and second wires is set between 0.38 mm to 0.75 mm; when the outer diameter of the conductor is 30 to 31 AWG, the center distance between the first and second wires is set between 0.38 mm to 0.62 mm.

A cable includes a wire set having a first wire and a second wire arranged abreast. The first wire and the second wire are adjacent to each other, each of the first wire and second wire is provided with a first conductor at a center position thereof, a first layer wrapping the first conductor and a second layer wrapping the first layer, and the dielectric coefficient of the first layer is lower than that of the second layer.

A connector includes a first contact module, a second contact module, a shielding shell and a latching member. The contact modules each include a number of contacts and an insulator retaining the contacts. The contact has a fastening portion assembled in the insulator, a contacting portion extending from the fastening portion, and a terminal portion extending from the fastening portion opposite to the contacting portion. The shielding shell covers around the first and the second contact modules. The latching member assists to secure the connection between the electrical connector with a complementary connector. The first contacts and the second contacts each have a pair of grounding terminals and the latching member connects with the pair of grounding terminals.

A cable connector includes an insulative housing, a number of contacts, an internal circuit board and a flat cable. The contacts are arranged in two rows. Each contact has a retaining portion retained in the insulative housing, a contact portion and a connecting portion extending from two ends of the retaining portion. The internal circuit board has a plurality of first golden fingers at one end thereof and a plurality of second golden fingers at another end thereof. The first golden fingers connect with the connecting portions of the contacts. The second golden fingers electrically connect with the first golden fingers. The flat cable has a plurality of wires corresponding to and connecting with the second golden fingers and a coating retaining at outside of the wires. All wires are arranged in a row.

A method for treating cancer includes administering to a subject in need thereof an antibody against a transmembrane and coiled-coil domains protein 3 (TMCC3), wherein the antibody binds to an epitope in an extracellular domain of TMCC3. The antibody binds to an epitope in an intercoil domain of TMCC3. A method of diagnosing or assessing a cancer condition includes assessing a level of expression or activity of a transmembrane and coiled-coil domains protein 3 (TMCC3) in a sample, wherein an increase in the level of expression of activity of TMCC3 as compared to a standard indicates the presence of cancer stem cells in the sample.

An electrical connector includes a housing member, a first contact group, a second contact group, a metallic shell and a grounding member. The housing member includes a first tongue plate and a second tongue plate to which the first contact group and the second contact group are respectively associated. The first contact group and the second contact group are compatible to USB 3.0 standard. The grounding member comprises a body portion located between the second mounting portions of the first contact group and the third mounting portions of the second contact group. A connector includes a housing, and contacts received in the housing. The contacts include first contacts and second contacts alternatively arranged with the first contacts. The first contacts include a ground contact and two pairs of differential pair. Each first contact includes a first contacting portion, a first termination portion extending beyond the housing and a first intermediate portion. The second contact includes a second contacting portion, a second termination portion extending beyond the housing and a second intermediate portion. The distance between the first intermediate portion of the differential pair of the first conductive contact and the second intermediate portion of and adjacent second conductive contact is bigger than or equal to the width of the first intermediate portion of the differential pair, and the width of the first intermediate portion is bigger than that of the second intermediate portion of the second conductive contact.
