The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a graphene composite electrode material, including the following steps: (1) providing a glass substrate, the glass substrate having a melting point greater than 1100&#xb0; C.; (2) washing the glass substrate and then forming a metal film on the glass substrate; (3) patterning the metal film to form a circuit pattern; and (4) forming a graphene film on the circuit pattern so as to form a graphene composite electrode material. The method for manufacturing a graphene composite electrode material according to the present invention uses a temperature resistant glass substrate and a metal catalyst to directly grow a graphene film on a circuit pattern thereby requiring no transfer, not affected by solvent applied in transfer, having relatively high quality of film formation, requiring no etching, allowing for direct formation of a graphene composite electrode material, having a simple process, providing an effect of protection of the metal circuit pattern due to stable chemical property of graphene, and thus effectively extending the service life of the graphene composite electrode material.

Method for manufacturing graphene composite electrode material

A transparent conductive layer is made of a graphene transparent conductive material and is in the form of a thin film having a thickness of 0.36 nm-10 nm, transmittance of visible light being 80-97%, and surface resistance being 30-500&#x3a9;/&#x25a1;. A CF substrate includes the graphene transparent conductive layer to replace and ITO transparent conductive layer in order to obtain an electrode or a static electricity draining layer having high transmittance and excellent flexibility and, when used in a liquid crystal display panel, helps improve the transmittance of the liquid crystal panel and reduce the use of backlighting. Also provided is a manufacturing method of the CF substrate having the graphene transparent conductive layer, which uses a CVD process to form graphene on a growth substrate to be subsequently transferred to a CF substrate body.

The present invention provides a direct backlight module, which includes a backplane, a plurality of LED light bars retained on the backplane, a plurality of light guide plates arranged alternate with respect to the LED light bars, and a diffusion plate mounted on the backplane. The direct backlight module includes the light guide plates that are arranged between the LED light bars to improve utilization rate of light energy of the LED light bars so as to reduce the number of LED lights included in the LED light bars to thereby reduce the manufacturing cost. Further, the arrangement of the light guide plates effectively shortens the light mixing distance and enhances homogeneity of light illumination and also reduces the thickness of backlight module to thereby facilitate thinning of a liquid crystal display device.

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an LED light bar and an LED light bar thereof. The method includes: providing a metal substrate and a plurality of LED lights; forming a graphene layer on the metal substrate in such a way that the graphene layer includes hollow sections formed to correspond to the LED lights; mounting the LED lights to the metal substrate in the hollow sections; and forming silicone layers in the hollow sections. The LED light bar includes a graphene layer formed on a metal substrate and silicone layers are provided for planarization and heat transfer so as to effectively enhance heat dissipation performance of the LED light bar and extend lifespan of the LED light bar.

Method for manufacturing LED light bar and LED light bar thereof

The present invention provides a backlight module and liquid crystal display device. The backlight module includes diffuser plate, substrate, fluorescent layer and light-emitting chip. The fluorescent layer is disposed on a light-entering surface of diffuser plate, and the fluorescent layer includes quantum dot (QD). The light-emitting chip is disposed on the substrate and the light-emitting chip is between substrate and fluorescent layer for irradiating on the fluorescent layer to excite the quantum dots to emit light to form white backlight source. The present invention uses quantum dots to effectively increase luminance, color saturation and avoid chroma offset. The quantum dots can emit uniform light and reduce thickness of the backlight module.

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an LED light bar and an LED light bar thereof. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a transparent conductive film and a method for manufacturing a CF substrate having the transparent conductive film. The method for manufacturing a conductive film includes: step: dissolving a mixed powder of graphene oxide and pure graphene in water and carrying out an ultrasonic treatment to obtain a stable aqueous solution of mixed graphene oxide and pure graphene; step: coating the stable aqueous solution of mixed graphene oxide and pure graphene on a substrate; step: subjecting the aqueous solution of mixed graphene oxide and pure graphene that is coated on the substrate to a drying treatment at 30-90&#xb0; C. so as to obtain a film of mixed graphene oxide and pure graphene; step: applying a reducing agent to cause chemical reduction of the graphene oxide contained in the film of mixed graphene oxide and pure graphene so as to obtain a film of pure graphene, wherein the reducing agent is an ascorbic acid solution; and step: washing and drying the film of pure graphene obtained after chemical reduction so as to form a transparent conductive film on the substrate.

The present invention provides a backlight module, which includes: a backplane (), a light guide plate () arranged in the backplane (), a backlight source () mounted on the backplane (), and a heat dissipation film () mounted on the backplane (). The heat dissipation film () is made of graphene and has a thickness of 0.01-0.05 mm. The backlight module of the present invention provides includes a graphene-made heat dissipation film formed on a backplane to effectively improve the heat dissipation performance of the backlight module, allowing thermal energy to be uniformly distributed on the entire surface of the heat dissipation film in the plane direction to eliminate localized hot spots. Further, the graphene material is light-weighted so that addition of the heat dissipation film made of graphene does not significantly increase the weight of the backlight module.

The present invention relates to an improved laser annealing device, which includes a laser beam, a housing, a laser beam output window formed in a top of the housing, a substrate located at a bottom of the housing for carrying a material to be annealed, and a movable mask arranged between the laser beam output window and the substrate. The mask is set in inclination with respect to a horizontal direction. The mask forms a slit extending through upper and lower surfaces thereof. The laser beam travels vertically down through the laser beam output window and then passes through the slit to irradiate the substrate. The improved laser annealing device of the present invention includes a mask set in inclination with respect to the horizontal direction to prevent scraps from affecting the laser head, reduce replacement of the laser head, and lower down the cost.
