A method and system of providing guidance and information to service representatives by performing real-time emotion recognition of customers. The emotion recognition model evaluates video data and/or audio data of the customer during a communication session in order to determine a most likely emotional state for the customer at a given time. The system then generates content for the service representative based on the emotional state. The content can include identification of the emotional state, a suggested tone for the service representative to employ during the conversation, and recommended solutions to the customer's issue.

System and method for emergency release of funds

A computer may generate a temporary digital wallet containing one or more anonymous payment tokens and transmit the temporary digital wallet to a user device of a user. When the user provides an anonymous payment token of the one or more anonymous payment tokens to a point of sale (POS) system, the computer may receive from the POS system or other systems connected thereto, a request to authorize payment for the anonymous payment token. The request to authorize payment may also include an amount to be paid by the user to the POS system. Using the anonymous payment token, the computer may retrieve a user account and determine that the user account has sufficient funds for the transaction. Based upon the determination that the user account has sufficient funds, the computer may transmit an authorization confirmation back to the POS system or any other system that the authorization request originated from.

The virtual area may include renderings of destroyed roads and infrastructure. Once created, the virtual area may be uploaded to an online gaming environment where users can participate in online games that permit them to find the best routes through the virtual area between starting and destination points. Once optimal routes are found, the system may send these routes to navigation systems used by rescuers and other people in the area to help them navigate the disaster area.
