A controller integrated fuel pump module for a vehicle, may include a reservoir cup configured to be fixed to an interior of a fuel tank, a fuel pump installed in an interior of the reservoir cup to pump fuel introduced into the interior of the reservoir cup, and a flange for fixing the reservoir cup and the fuel pump to the fuel tank, wherein a receiving part may be formed to an outer surface of the flange and may include an inner space, and wherein a printed circuit board (PCB) assembly configured to mount devices of a controller to a PCB may be molded in the receiving part, in a state in which the PCB assembly may be received in the receiving part, and a molding portion surrounds the PCB assembly in the receiving part.

Controller integrated fuel pump module

A fuel supplying system of an LPI engine is capable of improving performance of a fuel pump by decreasing suction pressure thereof. A fuel supplying system of an LPI engine may include a fuel tank storing fuel, a fuel pump feeding fuel supplied by the fuel tank to the engine through a fuel supplying line, and a fuel return line for returning fuel from the engine to the inside of the fuel tank. The fuel pump may be divided into a pump chamber and an operating chamber, and a vent hole is formed at a case of the fuel pump.

An air intake apparatus used for a canister of a fuel system includes a device and system to prevent the accumulation of dust and/or foreign substances from building up in the air filter. An air intake hole, for supplying air to an air filter used for a canister, is positioned in a fuel inlet space.
