The present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic graft copolymer resin, a method of preparing the same, and a thermoplastic resin composition including the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a thermoplastic graft copolymer resin including a seed, an alkyl acrylate rubber core enclosing the seed, and a shell enclosing the rubber core, a method of preparing the same, and a thermoplastic resin composition including the same, wherein the thermoplastic graft copolymer resin has a gel content of 93% by weight or more and a swelling index of 6 to 14. In accordance with the present disclosure, a thermoplastic graft copolymer resin exhibiting excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, and impact resistance, a method of preparing the same, and a thermoplastic resin composition including the same are provided.

The present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article manufactured from the same. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic resin composition including 10 to 59% by weight of an acrylic graft copolymer resin (a) having a graft efficiency of 50 to 95%; 1 to 20% by weight of an acrylic graft copolymer resin (b) having a graft efficiency of 5 to 49%; and 21 to 89% by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyan compound copolymer resin (c), wherein a weight ratio of (a):(b) is 1:1 to 10:1, and a molded article manufactured from the same. The present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic resin composition providing superior low-gloss characteristic, weather resistance, and mechanical properties and an extruded article manufactured from the same. The present invention relates to a weather-resistant thermoplastic resin, a thermoplastic resin composition containing the same, and a method of preparing the thermoplastic resin composition. The present invention relates to an acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile polymer, a method for preparing the same, and a thermoplastic resin composition. More specifically, the present invention has an effect of providing an acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile polymer, a method for preparing the same, and a thermoplastic resin composition, wherein an N-vinyl monomer is applied such that the polymerization can be initiated by a redox system under conditions in which a grafting agent is not used, thereby improving the grafting efficiency of the acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile polymer and thus improving powder characteristics and impact resistance while maintaining dye-ability; the content of free shells is lowered to improve the coagulation and latex stability; the polymerization is performed by the redox system without an activation liquid of a shell layer, thereby reducing additives and thus improving pigment dye-ability and significantly improving weather resistance.
