A robot synchronization sealer discharge system is provided. The robot synchronization sealer discharge system is interlocked with a robot for a sealer work of a vehicle factory and includes: a sealer gun mounted on a robot and moving along an application path of a vehicle body to discharge a sealer and a communication unit for receiving a TCP speed of the sealer gun moving based on robot operation. A synchronization controller assigns a unique ID and a received TCP time to the TCP speed and generates a discharge instruction message recording the sealer discharge amount according to the TCP speed. A sealer controller adjusts a discharge of the sealer gun based on the discharge instruction message and feeds back the sealer time according to a discharge completion to the synchronization controller.

Robot synchronization sealer discharge system

A telescopic pipe includes a base pipe having a base inner pipe rotated by external force, and a base outer pipe arranged to receive the base inner pipe; a connecting pipe having a connecting inner pipe coupled to the base inner pipe to be extendable to transfer rotational force, and a connecting outer pipe screw-coupled to the inner circumferential surface of the base outer pipe to be extendable; and a finishing pipe including a finishing inner pipe coupled to the connecting inner pipe to be extendable and to be rotated, and a finishing outer pipe that is interlocked by means of rotation of the finishing inner pipe and is screw-coupled to the inner circumferential surface of the connecting outer-pipe to be extendable, wherein the connecting outer pipe is interlocked by the rotational force of the extended finishing outer pipe and thus is extended and retracted along the base outer pipe.

Telescopic pipe

The present invention discloses a wind driven power generator. The wind driven power generating system comprises: a) an aerodynamic unit rotatably mounted at the top of a tower having a certain height; b) a plurality of rudders for aligning the aerodynamic unit with the direction of wind, the rudders being radially formed on the outer surface of the aerodynamic unit; c) a horizontal shaft rotatably and horizontally mounted in the aerodynamic unit, wherein one end of the outwardly from the backend of the aerodynamic unit and the other end of the horizontal shaft remains inside of the aerodynamic unit and is provided with a first bevel gear; d) a blade attached to the rear end of the horizontal shaft, wherein the blade is rotated by the wind and thus rotates the horizontal shaft; e) blade variation means disposed at the rear portion of the aerodynamic unit for slanting the blade backwards and forwards, depending on the wind pressure; f) a power generator installed inside the tower; and g) a vertical shaft for transmitting the rotating power of the horizontal shaft to the power generator, wherein one end of the vertical shaft is provided with a second bevel gear, which is engaged with the first bevel gear, and the other end thereof is connected to a rotor shaft of the power generator.
