A microneedle structure, a manufacturing method therefor, and a manufacturing apparatus therefor are presented. The microneedle structure manufacturing method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: a) injecting, into a lower mold comprising a microneedle intaglio, a polymer solution containing a biocompatible polymer; and b) coupling a shape control mold, which comprises a protrusion, to the lower mold such that one end of the protrusion of the shape control mold is impregnated with the biocompatible polymer solution injected into the microneedle intaglio.

The present invention relates to a filter device for capturing a target cell and a target cell collecting method using the same. A filter substrate by which a target cell is captured is formed of an elastic material. When blood passes, the size of a lattice hole of the filter substrate by which the target cell is captured is reduced. When the blood completely passes, the size of the lattice hole of the filter substrate by which the target cell is captured is restored, so that a destruction rate of the target cell may be reduced and a collect rate of the target cell may be increased.

An apparatus for separating cells using magnetic force includes: a separation channel portion including ferromagnetic particles, and provided with a flow path through which a cell fluid containing a plurality of cells having at least one of diamagnetic and paramagnetic properties; and a magnetic field controller that generates a magnetic field within the flow path so that the cells in the cell fluid flow within the flow path and are separated by height by a magnetic field. Disclosed is a fabrication method of products with closed channels by injection molding, which includes: a channel substrate mounting step of mounting a channel substrate comprising a plurality of opened micro-channels thereon to a mold; and a substrate cover molding step of molding a substrate cover by the injection molding on an upper surface of the channel substrate mounted to the mold, the substrate cover being coupled to the channel substrate while being molded. With this, the products with the closed channels can be fabricated without any additional coupling process between the channel substrate having the opened channels and the substrate cover, thereby simplifying a fabrication process and enhancing work efficiency.
