The described technology relates to a light detection and ranging (LIDAR) device. The LIDAR device can include a transmission unit configured to emit a first signal, a first lens unit configured to convert the first signal into parallel light, a reflection unit configured to adjust a direction of the converted first signal and a second lens unit configured to enable the first signal to have the same focal plane even when a reflection angle of the reflection unit changes. The LIDAR device can also include a third lens unit configured to convert the first signal passing through the second lens unit into parallel light, a fourth lens unit configured to increase an angle of the first signal passing through the third lens unit and a reception unit configured to receive a second signal reflected by an object after passing through the fourth lens unit.

The described technology relates to a light detection and ranging (LIDAR) device. The LIDAR device can include a transmitter configured to emit an optical signal, a first lens section configured to convert the optical signal into collimated light, a reflector configured to adjust a direction of the converted optical signal, a second lens section configured to allow the adjusted optical signal to have the same focal plane even though a reflection angle of the reflector is varied and a third lens section configured to convert the optical signal passed through the second lens section into collimated light. The LIDAR device can also include a fourth lens section configured to allow the optical signal, and a receiver configured to receive the optical signal passed through the fourth lens section. The third lens section and the fourth lens section are positioned on the same line in a first direction.

A light detection and ranging (LIDAR) time of flight (TOF) sensor for inputting and outputting simultaneously and 3-dimensional laser scanning system including the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the sensor includes a substrate and a light receiving element array provided on the substrate and including a plurality of light receiving elements. The sensor also includes readout circuits configured to receive electrical signals from the light receiving elements and perform signal processing on the electrical signals. The technique includes a laser outputting device configured to emit omni-directionally a laser beam output from a laser beam source in 360 degrees and a laser receiving device formed above or below the laser outputting device and configured to receive a laser beam reflected by an object which is located on a propagation path of a laser beam output from the laser outputting device.

Disclosed is a charging method of a multi-node wireless charging system using magnetic field communication capable of effectively charging a plurality of nodes using the magnetic field communication. Filter tuning circuit for wireless communication system

A frequency divider for a wireless communication system is provided. A frequency divider includes a body bias voltage generator and a divider. The body bias voltage generator generates a body bias voltage including a PMOS body bias voltage and an NMOS body bias voltage whose voltage levels are controlled according to an input signal. The divider includes a plurality of flip-flops whose operation points are determined according to the body bias voltage, and generates an output signal by dividing a frequency of the input signal by N. Each of the flip-flops may include a PMOS logic and an NMOS logic. The PMOS logic may include a plurality of PMOS transistors whose operation points are determined according to the PMOS body bias voltage. The NMOS logic may be connected electrically to the PMOS logic and include a plurality of NMOS transistors whose operation points are determined according to the NMOS body bias voltage.
