A test device for a lens module in respect of visible light and in respect of infrared light includes a test fixture and a display able to show both types of light in images captured. The test fixture supports the lens module. The display is configured to display pictures of test cards captured by the lens module. The display includes a display panel and a backlight module located on a side of the display panel. The backlight module includes a first light source and a second light source, the first light source emits visible light, and the second light source emits infrared light.

A fixing assembly for mounting UV lamps includes a base, a first gear and a plurality of mounting modules. The first gear is arranged on one side of the base; the mounting modules are arranged around the first gear. The mounting module includes a first driving assembly, a second driving assembly and a support frame. The first driving assembly is used to drive the second driving assembly and the support frame to move circumferentially around the first gear in a considerably horizontal plane, and the second driving component is used to drive the support to move back in a considerably vertical direction. The support frame is used for mounting UV lamp. The flexibility of the fixing assembly is improved. The UV lamp may comprehensively irradiate and cure the photosensitive adhesive.

A fixing structure includes a first supporting disc, a second supporting disc, and an electronic connector. The first supporting disc defines a first through hole. The second supporting disc is movably connected to the first supporting disc. The second supporting disc defines a first receiving groove for receiving a voice coil motor having a lens. The second supporting disc further defines a second through hole passing through a bottom of the first receiving groove. The first through hole and the second through hole are coaxial. The electronic connector is disposed on the second supporting disc, and can be electrically connected to the voice coil motor and an external power supply.

Fixing structure and detection device having the same

A device providing automatic control of temperature for an environment of a working station includes an air box, a baffle member, and a driving assembly. The air box is coupled to a machine defining a working space which the working station is in. The air box defines an opening. The opening allows cooling air to be introduced into the working space. The baffle member is slidably coupled to the air box at the opening. The driving assembly coupled to the baffle member drives the baffle member to cover the opening completely, to cover the opening partially, or to leave the opening uncovered in accordance with a difference between a current temperature of the working space and a desired target temperature of the working space. A related system and method are also disclosed.

Device for automatic control of temperature, system for automatic control of temperature, and method thereof

A scanning device includes a scanner, a fixing seat, a sensor, and a processor. The fixing seat is provided with a positioning groove for fixing a position of a workpiece. The sensor senses whether the workpiece is on the fixing base. The processor is communicatively coupled to the scanner and the sensor and used for receiving signals from the sensor and sending instructions to the scanner. If the sensor senses the workpiece on the fixing base, the processor controls the scanner to scan an identification code on the workpiece. If the sensor does not sense the workpiece on the fixing base, the processor controls the scanner to stop scanning.

Scanning device

An automatic leveling system includes a platform, a leveling device provided on the platform, a loading tray provided on the leveling device, three reflecting devices provided on the loading tray, an image acquisition device provided above the loading tray, a height positioning device provided on an end of the image acquisition device facing the loading tray, a light source configured to emit light, and a controller coupled to the image acquisition device. The height positioning device processes light emitted by the light source into three paths of light to the three reflecting devices. The three reflecting devices reflect the three paths of light. The image acquisition device acquires the three paths of reflected light into a light signal. The controller detects deflection values of the loading tray according to the light signal and controls the leveling device to level the loading tray.

Automatic leveling system

A grinding and polishing device includes a main body, a grinding disk, a sample disk, a first console, and a second console. The main body includes a support table and a support column. The support table is coupled to the support column. The grinding disk is fixed on the support table and includes a polishing surface. The sample disk is fixed on the support column and configured to hold a preform. The first console is electrically coupled to the sample disk and used for controlling a distance between the preform held by the sample disk and the grinding disk. The second console is electrically coupled to the grinding disk and used for controlling a working state of the grinding disk for grinding and polishing the preform.

A calibration device includes a base, a support column coupled to the base and extending in a first direction, and a crossbar coupled to the support column. The crossbar includes a positioning base and a carrier. The positioning base is fixed to the support column. The carrier is coupled to the positioning base and rotatable about a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The carrier includes a distance sensor and a calibration platform. The calibration platform mounts a depth camera. The carrier is configured to rotate about the second direction to rotate an optical axis of the depth camera in a first calibration plane defined by the first direction and a third direction. The third direction is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction.

Calibration device

A suction assembly includes a main body, a sealing ring, an air duct, and a suction head. The main body includes a columnar wall, a top cover arranged at one end of the columnar wall and defining a first through hole, and a bottom cover arranged at another end of the columnar wall and defining a second through hole. The first through hole communicates with a negative pressure generating device. The sealing ring is sealed in the main body and movably arranged between the top cover and the bottom cover. The air duct includes a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The first end passes through the second through hole and is fixed in the sealing ring. The suction head is coupled to the second end.

An illumination device includes a box body, a LED module, and a light homogenizing plate. A variety of different color temperatures are set in different chips controlling the LEDs in the LED module. The homogenizing plate converts light, such that the illumination device can generate light beams of various color temperatures. The test requirements applicable to different lenses or in relation to different color temperatures of the same lens at different periods can thus be met.

A cutting tool mechanism comprises a base, a fixing module disposed on the base for fixing a product to be disassembled, a first moving mechanism disposed on a side of the fixing module, and a three-dimensional cutter rotatably disposed on the first moving mechanism and matched with the fixing module. An optical density testing system includes a light source, a first light splitting device used to divide the light into at least two light paths, at least two second light splitting devices used for receiving the at least two paths of light from the first light splitting device, first light-passing holes provided corresponding to each of the at least two second light splitting devices, a first filter device detachably arranged at each of the first light-passing holes, a first diaphragm detachably installed on each of the first filter devices, and a light receiving device. The second light splitting device is used to transmit the light onto a product to be tested through the first filter device and the first diaphragm. The light receiving device is used to receive transmitted light formed after the light passes through the product to be tested.

A peeling device includes a rolling mechanism, a peeling mechanism, and a suction mechanism. The rolling mechanism includes a feeding wheel and a receiving wheel. At least one of the feeding wheel and the receiving wheel is configured to rotate. The peeling mechanism includes a peeling plate including a first surface and a side surface. The suction mechanism includes a support table and a rotary suction cup. A carrier tape is transmitted in sequence around the feeding wheel, the first surface, the side surface, and the receiving wheel. The peeling plate peels the material from the carrier tape at a junction of the first surface and the side surface. The support table holds the material peeled from the carrier tape. The rotary suction cup is used to suck the material from the support table and move the material to a next processing area.

A computer device and a storage medium for performing the above-described method are also disclosed.

A surface light source device and system for monitoring uniformity of brightness of the device are disclosed, the device includes a light source unit; a light guide plate, and at least one light uniformity plate. The light guide plate includes a light incident surface and a light emitting surface, the light incident surface is disposed in a light emitting direction of the light source unit; and the light incident surface is disposed in a light emitting direction of the light source unit. The at least one light uniformity plate comprises a light receiving surface facing the light emitting surface, the light receiving surface is defined with a plurality of zones, and each zone is provided with a photosensitive element which senses and measures the brightness of light. A method of operating the monitoring system is also disclosed.
