A sensing display apparatus includes a pixel array substrate, a sensing device substrate, and a display medium layer. The sensing device substrate includes a first substrate, a sensing device, first to third signal lines, and a shielding layer. The sensing device includes a first switching element electrically connected with the first and second signal lines, an electrically conductive layer electrically connected with the third signal line, an electrode layer electrically connected with the first switching element and a photo-sensitive layer disposed between the electrically conductive layer and the electrode layer. The shielding layer is disposed between the first to third signal lines and the pixel array substrate. The sensing display apparatus has light transmitting regions and a light shielding region surrounding the light transmitting regions. The sensing device and the first to third signal lines are disposed in the light shielding region.

Sensing display apparatus

A display device includes a first scan line, a second scan line, a first data line, a first pixel unit, a second pixel unit, and a first connection line. The first pixel unit includes a first main-active device, a first sub-active device, a first main-pixel electrode, and a first sub-pixel electrode. The first main-active device is electrically connected with the first scan line and the first data line. The first sub-active device is electrically connected with the first scan line. The second pixel unit includes a second main-active device, a second sub-active device, a second main-pixel electrode, and a second sub-pixel electrode. The second main-active device and the second-sub active device are electrically connected with the second scan line. The first connection line is electrically connected with the first main-active device and the second sub-active device.

Display device

A display device includes a display module, a lens module and a transparent cover. The display module is provided with a lens area and a display area disposed outside the lens area. The display module is provided with a prism layer surrounding the lens area. The lens module is disposed in the lens area. The transparent cover covers the display module.

A display panel includes a substrate, an opposite substrate opposite to the substrate, a liquid crystal layer disposed between the substrate and the opposite substrate, a pixel array disposed between the substrate and the liquid crystal layer, and first polarized patterns. The pixel array includes a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of active devices, and a plurality of first electrodes. The active devices are electrically connected to the scan lines and the data lines. The first electrodes are disposed on the substrate. Each of the first electrodes includes a plurality of slits. The first polarized patterns overlap with the first electrodes in a direction perpendicular to the substrate. The first polarized patterns are disposed between the substrate and the opposite substrate. An extending direction of the first polarized patterns is different from an extending direction of the slits.

Display panel

A backlight module includes a light guide plate that has a first side and a second side, a light emitting element, and a light guide element. The light emitting element is adjacent to the first side of the light guide plate. The light guide element is disposed between the first side and the second side, and forms a first opening therein. The light guide element includes a first refractive part and a second refractive part. The first refractive part has a first refractive index, the second refractive part has a second refractive index, and the first refractive index and the second refractive index are different from a refractive index of the light guide plate. The orthogonal projections of the first refractive part and the second refractive part on the first side are non-overlapped with each other.

Backlight module

A pixel structure includes a substrate, first and second gate lines, first and second data lines, and at least one pixel unit. The first and second gate lines and the first and second data lines are over the substrate and intersect with each other. The pixel unit is disposed on the substrate. The pixel unit includes first and second active devices, a common electrode, and first and second pixel electrodes. The first and second active devices are electrically connected to the first data line, and electrically connected to the first and second gate lines respectively. The common electrode is connected to a common potential source. The first and second pixel electrodes are over the common electrode and electrically connected to the first and second active devices respectively. At least one second branch electrode of the second pixel electrode shrinks from its one side to another side.

Pixel structure

A structure integrating polarization and touch functions includes first touch electrodes and second touch electrodes. A first touch electrode includes a first connecting line and a plurality of first conducting lines. End points of the first conducting lines are disposed along an outline of an M-sided polygon (M&#x2265;3). For the first touch electrode, the first connecting line electrically connects the first conducting lines. A second touch electrode includes a plurality of second conducting lines and a second connecting line. End points of the second conducting lines are disposed along an outline of an N-sided polygon (N&#x2265;3). For a second touch electrode, the second connecting line electrically connects the second conducting lines. Widths of the first and second conducting lines range from approximately 50 to 100 nanometers.

Touch sensing substrate, and structure integrating polarization and touch functions

A display panel includes a substrate, a plurality of first signal lines, a plurality of second signal lines, a plurality of sub-pixel electrodes, and a first common electrode layer. The plurality of first signal lines and the plurality of second signal lines define a plurality of pixel areas together. Each of the plurality of sub-pixel electrodes is disposed in one of the plurality of pixel areas. The first common electrode layer includes a plurality of first common electrodes electrically connected to each other. Each first common electrode includes a stem and a plurality of branches, and the plurality of branches is coupled to two sides of the stem and extends away from the stem. An orthogonal projection of each stem onto the substrate is located between two adjacent sub-pixel electrodes. Orthogonal projections of the branches onto the substrate at least correspond to one sub-pixel electrode.
