A liquid crystal display panel includes a display region, a periphery circuit region, a joint obligate region, a plurality of first test thin-film transistors (TFTs), a plurality of second TFTs, a plurality of first lines, a plurality of second lines, a blank region, and at least one first adjustment TFT. The first and second test TFTs are disposed on the joint obligate region according to a regular distance. Each of the first and second test TFTs has a transistor width. The first adjustment TFT is disposed on the blank region. The width of the blank region is not smaller than the sum of the twice regular distance and the transistor width. Thereby, the present invention can prevent the band mura of the liquid crystal display panel effectively when the liquid crystal display panel is in testing.

Liquid crystal display panel

A liquid crystal driving electrode and a liquid crystal display using the same are provided. The liquid crystal driving electrode includes a substrate, a reflecting electrode layer, and a light-transmissible electrode. The substrate includes a plurality of pixels; each pixel has a reflection area and a transmission area adjacent to the reflection area. The reflecting electrode overlaps the reflecting area while the light-transmissible electrode overlaps the transmission area. The reflecting electrode has an effective margin. The light-transmissible electrode electrically connects to the reflecting electrode and extends to overlap the effective margin.

Liquid crystal driving electrode and a liquid crystal display using the same

A method of forming a TFT-LCD device with a rough pixel electrode is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps. First, a photosensitive layer is formed on the transparent insulating substrate. A defocused exposing procedure is then performed by applying a mask with plural independent spot patterns and a contact hole pattern to define patterns on the photosensitive layer. Notedly the distance between two adjacent independent spot patterns is smaller than the resolution of exposure system. Thus the area of photosensitive layer corresponding to independent spot patterns is exposed incompletely. Then the photosensitive layer is developed to remove partial photosensitive layer to form wave-like surfaces thereon. Next a pixel electrode is formed on the photosensitive layer to have rising and falling surfaces with the photosensitive layer to serve as a rough diffuser member.
