A wireless communication device that includes a power amplifier and an antenna is provided. The power amplifier includes a first and a second power amplifying paths and a first and a second matching modules. The first and the second power amplifying paths receive a first and a second input signals respectively. The first matching module includes a first input variable load and a first phase-shifting circuit to respectively adjust the magnitude and the phase of the first input signal to generate a first output signal. The second matching module includes a second input variable load and a second phase-shifting circuit to respectively adjust the magnitude and the phase of the second input signal to generate a second output signal. The antenna is coupled to the power amplifier to transmit the first and the second output signals.

Wireless communication device, method and power amplifier of the same

A power amplifying apparatus is provided. The power amplifying apparatus includes a first substrate and N power amplifiers. The N power amplifiers are disposed on the first substrate, the power amplifiers respectively receives N input signals, wherein frequency bands of at least two of the inputs signals are different. And the power amplifiers respectively generate M output signals, wherein the N is a positive integer greater than 2, and M is a positive integer not equal to N.

Power amplifying apparatus

A wireless communication device that includes a power amplifier and an antenna is provided. The power amplifier includes a first and a second power amplifying paths, a first and a second selection circuits, first matching circuits and second matching circuits. The first and the second power amplifying paths receive a first and a second input signals respectively. The first selection circuit selects one of the first matching circuits according to a frequency band of the first input signal to perform a first matching process to generate a first output signal. The second selection circuit selects one of the second matching circuits according to a frequency band of the second input signal to perform a second matching process to generate a second output signal. The antenna is coupled to the power amplifier to transmit the first and/or the second output signals.

Mobile apparatus with radio frequency architecture supporting simultaneous data and voice communications, in an embodiment, includes first and second antennas, a tranceiver unit, first and second radio frequency (RF) front-end units. The tranceiver unit has a plurality of first, second, and third RF terminals. The first RF front-end unit is coupled between the first antenna and first RF terminals to provide first paths for a high-speed data communication mode and a first mobile communication mode between the first RF terminals and first RF front-end unit. The second RF front-end unit is coupled between the second antenna and second and third RF terminals to provide second paths for at least one second communication mode between the second RF terminals and second RF front-end unit and to provide third paths for the high-speed data communication mode and first mobile communication mode between the third RF terminals and second RF front-end unit.

Mobile apparatus with radio frequency architecture supporting simultaneous data and voice communications

An antenna module includes an antenna, a tunable matching circuit, a power detector and a control unit. The antenna comprises a feeding point. The tunable matching circuit, electrically connected between the antenna and the power detector and configured to provide a loading impedance, comprises a plurality of tunable impedance elements connected to each other and electrically connected to the feeding point as well. The power detector is electrically connected between the tunable matching circuit and a power amplifier and configured to detect a power indicator. The control unit, electrically connected to the tunable matching circuit and the power detector, is configured to read the power indicator and RSSI to generate a control signal for the tunable matching circuit, which consistently changes the loading impedance to achieve impedance matching.

Antenna module

A mobile communication device and a method for transceiving data and voice thereof are proposed. The mobile communication device includes a receiver, a first antenna module, and a second antenna module. The receiver is used to output voice. The first antenna module is disposed in the mobile communication device at a first side close to the receiver, and is used to transceive data of a first wireless communication system or a second wireless communication system. The second antenna module is disposed at a second side opposite to the first side, and is used to transceive voice of the first wireless communication system. A first distance between the first antenna module and the receiver is less than a second distance between the second antenna module and the receiver.
