An exemplary securing structure includes a base, a fastener, and a spring mounted around the fastener. The base defines a through hole, and two slots located adjacent to and communicating with the securing hole. Two barriers are formed at a bottom of the base corresponding to the slots. A gap is defined between the bottom surface and each of the barriers. The fastener includes a head, a bolt, and two blocks extending outwardly from a periphery of the bolt corresponding to the slots, respectively. When the bolt is extended through the securing hole with the blocks extending through the slots until the blocks are received in the gaps, the fastener is then rotatable to cause the block to escape from the gap and abut on the bottom surface of the base, with the spring resiliently compressed between the head of the fastener and a top side of the base.

Securing structure with urged fastener

An exemplary securing structure includes a base, a fastener, and a spring mounted around the fastener. The base defines a securing hole, and two slots located aside the securing hole and communicating with the securing hole. The fastener includes a head, a bolt extending downwardly from the head, and two blocks extending outwardly from an outer periphery of the bolt corresponding to the slots. The bolt is extendable through the securing hole together with the blocks extending through the slots, respectively. The fastener is then rotatable to a position such that the blocks abuts a bottom side of the base. The spring is resiliently compressed between the head of the fastener and a top side of the base.

A liquid cooling apparatus for cooling an inversely mounted electronic component, includes a casing defining a receiving room therein, a diaphragm, a partition plate forming a nozzle thereon, and a piezoelectric element attached to the diaphragm in such a manner that a vibrating direction thereof is perpendicular to the diaphragm. The diaphragm is arranged in the receiving room and divides the receiving room into a top first chamber and a bottom second chamber isolated from each other. The partition plate is arranged in the first chamber and divides the first chamber into an upper region and a lower region. The lower region is filled with a working fluid. When the diaphragm is driven to vibrate upwardly by the piezoelectric element, the diaphragm pushes the working fluid in the lower region of the first chamber to the upper region of the first chamber via the nozzle.

Miniaturized liquid cooling apparatus and electronic device incorporating the same

A miniaturized liquid cooling device () includes at least a heat absorber (), at least a heat dissipater (), a droplet generator () driving a working fluid circulating between the at least a heat absorber and the at least a heat dissipater, and a plurality of tubes () connecting the at least a heat absorber, the at least a heat dissipater and the droplet generator together to form a loop. The droplet generator includes an array of control electrodes () and an array of reference electrodes () crossed over the array of control electrodes. A plurality of superposed areas () are formed between the control electrodes and the reference electrodes. Voltages are regularly applied on the superposed areas for dividing the working fluid into fluid droplets when the working fluid flows through the droplet generator.

Miniature liquid cooling device with two sets of electrodes crossed over one another to drive a fluid

A printer () includes an ink tank (), an ink-jet head (), and a tube () connecting the ink tank with the ink-jet head. The ink-jet head includes a top plate () and a bottom plate (). The bottom plate defines an ink storage pool () and an ink channel () therein. The top plate includes a plurality of control electrodes (). One end of the ink channel communicates with the ink storage pool, and the other end of the ink channel includes an ink muzzle (). A portion of the control electrode () extends over the ink storage pool. The control electrodes are applied with impulse voltages to drive ink in the ink storage pool to move towards the ink muzzle along the ink channel.

Ink-jet head and printer using the same

A miniaturized liquid cooling device () includes a heat absorber (), a heat dissipater (), a droplet generator () driving a working fluid circulating between the heat absorber and the heat dissipater, and a plurality of tubes () connecting the heat absorber, the heat dissipater and the droplet generator with each other. The droplet generator includes a bottom electrode plate (), a top electrode plate () hermetically covering the bottom electrode plate, a fluid channel () formed between and a plurality of control electrodes () disposed between the top electrode plate and the bottom electrode plate. The control electrodes are arranged between an inlet () and an outlet () of the droplet generator. Voltages are regularly applied across the control electrodes so as to generate a plurality of fluid droplets (D) and drive the fluid droplets to move from the inlet towards the outlet of the droplet generator.

Miniaturized liquid cooling device

An angle regulator () includes an outer shell () having a deflecting arm () and an inner supporting pole () received in the outer shell. The deflecting arm includes a main rod (), and a press-button () and a hook () respectively located at two opposite ends of the main rod. The press-button extends from the main rod and protrudes out of the outer shell. A plurality of spaced grooves () are defined in the inner supporting pole along an axial direction thereof. When the press-button is pressed, the hook is detached from one of the grooves that is engaged with the hook such that the inner supporting pole can slide with respect to the outer shell, and when the press-button is released, the hook is selectively engaged in another one of the grooves so that the inner supporting pole and the outer shell are fixed to each other.
