A system and a method for automatically collecting a stirrup are provided. The system includes a control unit, a stirrup device, and a robotic arm. The control unit receives work order information and automatically generates pickup point and placement point information of the stirrup according to the work order information. The stirrup device is electrically connected to the control unit and receives the work order information output by the control unit to shape the stirrup. The robotic arm is electrically connected to the control unit and receives the pickup point and placement point information, wherein the control unit controls the robotic arm to grab the stirrup from a pickup point and place the stirrup at a placement point.

System and method for automatically collecting stirrup

A pick-and-place system includes a movement mechanism, an adjustment mechanism, and a clamping mechanism. The adjustment mechanism includes a first coupling component, a second coupling component, and a driving assembly. The first coupling component is mounted on the movement mechanism. The second coupling component is movably disposed on the first coupling component. The driving assembly is configured to be connected to the first coupling component and the second coupling component so as to force the first coupling component and the second coupling component to move relative to each other. Each light-emitting chip includes a plurality of primary light-emitting elements that are continuously arranged. At least one of two adjacent light-emitting chips further includes at least one spare light-emitting element continuously and linearly arranged after the primary light-emitting elements. If the two adjacent light-emitting chips are both at a target mounting position, first N light-emitting units of one of the two light-emitting chips respectively face to first N light-emitting units of the other one of the two light-emitting chips, where N≥1. Each two of the light-emitting units facing to each other form a group. One of the two light-emitting units in each of the groups is set to a light emission disabled state.

Printing head and method for applying a correction for mounting deviation of light-emitting chips

A mechanical arm calibration system and a mechanical arm calibration method are provided. The method includes: locating a position of an end point of a mechanical arm in a three-dimensional space to calculate an actual motion trajectory of the end point when the mechanical arm is operating; retrieving link parameters of the mechanical arm, randomly generating sets of particles including compensation amounts for the link parameters through particle swarm optimization (PSO), importing the compensation amounts of each of the sets of particles into forward kinematics after addition of the corresponding link parameters, to calculate an adaptive motion trajectory of the end point; calculating position errors between the adaptive motion trajectory and the actual motion trajectory of each of the sets of particles for a fitness value of the PSO to estimate a group best position; and updating the link parameters by the compensation amounts corresponding to the group best position.

A multi-mode scanning device for scanning an original includes a background element, a first light source, a second light source and an optical module. The first light source outputs visible light to irradiate the background element and the original to generate first light and second light, respectively. The second light source outputs invisible light to irradiate a combination of the background element and the original to generate third light and fourth light, wherein the background element reflects the invisible light. The optical module receives the first to fourth light and generates sensing signals representative of visible light information and invisible light information of the original. The original is disposed between the background element and the optical module. The first light source, the second light source and the optical module are disposed on a same side of the background element.

A multi-mode scanning device for scanning an original includes a non-transparent element, a first light source, a second light source and an optical module. The first light source outputs visible light to irradiate the non-transparent element and the original to generate first light and second light, respectively. The second light source outputs invisible light to irradiate a combination of the non-transparent element and the original to generate third light and fourth light. The optical module receives the first light, the second light, the third light and the fourth light and generates sensing signals representative of visible light information and invisible light information of the original. The original is disposed between the non-transparent element and the optical module. The first light source and the optical module are disposed on a same side of the non-transparent element.

Multi-mode scanning device

A multi-mode scanning device includes a background element, a transparent platen, first and second light sources and an optical module. The first light source outputs visible light to irradiate the background element and an original on the transparent platen to generate first and second light, respectively. The second light source outputs invisible light to irradiate a combination of the background element and the original to generate third and fourth light. The movable optical module receives the first to fourth light and generates sensing signals, and obtains visible light information and invisible light information representative of the original according to the sensing signals. The original is disposed between the background element and the optical module. The first light source and the optical module are disposed on a same side of the background element. The optical module and the second light source are disposed on different sides of the background element.

A calibrating method is provided including the following steps. A type of a first sensor and a type of a first sensor carrier are determined according to an external shape of a first object. The first sensor is carried by the first sensor carrier, and a relative coordinate of the first object is measured by the first sensor. The relative coordinate of the first object is compared with a predetermined coordinate of the first object to obtain a first object coordinate error, and the first object coordinate error is corrected. After the first object coordinate error is corrected, the first object is driven to perform an operation on a second object or the second object is driven to perform the operation on the first object. A calibrating system is also provided.

The transmission module is coupled to the image processing module and transmits one of the first and second encoded data. The fourth portion has a second positioning structure meshing with the first positioning structure, so that the first graduation features and the second graduation features are staggered, and the first encoder wheel and the second encoder wheel are coaxially mounted on the rotating shaft. The first and second detectors detect the first and second graduation features and output first and second signals, respectively. The processor calculates a rotating angle of the rotating shaft according to the first and second signals.

A scanning device comprises a light source, a reflecting mirror and a photosensor. The light source provides light to an original. A first portion of the light penetrates through a hole of the original and becomes penetrating light. A second portion of the light is reflected by a hole-free portion of the original and becomes second reflected light. The reflecting mirror reflects the penetrating light and generates first reflected light. The photosensor receives the first reflected light and the second reflected light and generates a hole-containing image signal representative of an image of the original.
