A pulse sequence method for realizing selective detection of multiple groups and/or molecules by simultaneously preparing nuclear spin singlets and/or singlet orders of the multiple groups and/or molecules. Taking an AGG molecule as an example, it is proposed to simultaneously prepare two pairs of uncoupled group signals of the AGG molecule into nuclear spin singlets and/or singlet orders, and eliminate magnetic resonance signals other than the nuclear spin singlets and/or singlet orders by using a pulsed gradient field, thereby realizing simultaneous selective observation of multiple group signals in the AGG molecule. Also disclosed is a method for simultaneously detecting group AGG-A in an AGG molecule and group Tau-C and group Tau-D in a Tau molecule. For the first time, the simultaneous preparation and signal selection of multiple nuclear spin singlets and/or singlet orders in a spin system is achieved. Compared with the conventional method, this method has higher sensitivity and better selectivity, and can further expand the application range of magnetic resonance.

The present invention is directed to a method of species identification and quality detection of liquid-like samples based on nuclear magnetic resonance technology. In this invention, a two-dimensional relaxation signal containing the 1H T1 and T2 relaxation properties of liquid-like samples is obtained by applying a composite pulse sequence to samples, and from this a fingerprint spectrum is established. The fingerprint spectrum can be associated with the essential characteristics of the tested sample, thus can be used to distinguish a specific liquid-like sample from the others.

Method for species identification and quality detection of liquid-like samples based on nuclear magnetic resonance technology

A method uses the nuclear spin singlet of three hydrogen atoms on the dopamine benzene ring to achieve selective detection of dopamine signals in a complicated system. The present invention is based on magnetic resonance technology to detect dopamine, has good accuracy, sensitivity and selectivity, can accurately detect the signal of dopamine from the complicated system, and the interference of signals of other substances are well eliminated. Meanwhile, the present invention further has the advantages of simple operation and non-intervention, can be used for monitoring the content and distribution of the dopamine in a living body, and has important application value in the fields of biology and medicine.
