A ventilating fan includes a frame, a casing in which a fan motor is mounted, an adapter connected to an air outlet of the casing, a switch, and a junction box for connection of electric wires, where the frame has a bottom surface formed with an air inlet and a side surface provided with an air outlet, wherein any one of surfaces of the junction box is formed with an opening for mounting of the switch and the switch is fixed directly to the opening of the junction box. With the ventilating fan according to the embodiments of the present invention, although a switch is disposed, the cost is not increased and the area of an air path is not narrowed, and the switch can also be conveniently operated.

Ventilating fan

A ventilator includes an opening formed on a bottom surface, a rectangular frame provided with a flange, a volute provided with a fan motor inside, and a connector connected to an air outlet of the volute. Four side surfaces of the frame excluding the top surface and the bottom surface tilt towards the outer lower side in a direction from the top surface to the bottom surface, and the opening area of the bottom surface is larger than that of the top surface. The ventilator saves packaging and installation costs, and further facilitates installation between the roof and the ceiling.

Ventilation fan

The present invention provides a ventilating fan. In the ventilating fan, first and second flangings are extended outwards from vertical side edges and horizontal side edges of the air inlet of the adapter respectively, outer edges of the first flangings are firstly bent to form both side surface, and then edges of the both side surfaces are bent to form edge surfaces, and the first flangings, the side surfaces, and the edge surfaces confine open grooves; protrusions are disposed on an outer periphery of the air inlet, and a slot is formed between the protrusion and the first or the second flanging; and first folded sheets are extended outwards from both vertical side edges of the air outlet of the casing; and an edge of the air outlet of the frame abuts against and is clamped in the slot.

A heating ventilator for bathroom includes a frame, a motor mounted with fan blades, a volute casing, an air path switching plate located at the air outlet of the volute casing for switching the air outlet of a ventilator main body, a heater, and a control electric circuit mechanism for operating the motor, the air path switching plate and the heater. The air path switching plate and the heater are configured in a separate and overlapping manner in the height direction of the ventilator main body. The center line of the fan blades and a tongue of the volute casing are both offset from the center line of the main body and are located at the same side. The center line of the main body is horizontally aligned and overlapped with the center line of the air path switching plate and the center line of the heater.

Heating ventilator for bathroom

A heating and ventilation fan for a bathroom comprises an ventilation fan frame, a scroll casing provided with fan blades and a motor, an air passage-switching plate, and a heater; characterized in that: an air leakage-preventing structure is provided between an air outlet of the scroll casing and the air passage. The advantage of the present invention is that a desired air amount can be ensured and a noise can be reduced while guaranteeing a gap required for smooth rotation of the air passage-switching plate.

Heating and ventilation fan for bathroom

A heating and ventilating fan including a frame, a motor with fan blades, a casing, a heating device, and an air path switching plate disposed at an air outlet of the casing for switching outlets of the ventilating fan and a timing motor. The timing motor and the air path switching plate are fixed on either side of a frame wall. The air path switching plate is connected to the timing motor shaft through a connection part, and controls the air path switching plate to rotate by a constant angle in a single direction. A spring having a first end fixed to the frame wall, and a second end rotating synchronously with the air path switching plate controls the air path switching plate to rotate in an opposite direction to the single direction. When the timing motor is switched off, the spring returns the air path switching plate to its rest position.

Heating and ventilating fan

An assembly of pipe hood and pipe unit for a ventilating fan, comprising a front cover, a rear cover and a pipe unit, characterized in that: a baffle is vertically provided in the pipe unit to divide the pipe into an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe on the left and right sides respectively; a partition plate is vertically provided in the rear cover corresponding to the baffle to divide the space enclosed by the front cover and the rear cover into an air inlet side and an air outlet side on the left and right sides respectively; an external air inlet opening and an external air outlet opening are provided on the outer side of the rear cover on the left and right sides respectively; an internal air inlet opening and an internal air outlet opening are provided on the inner side of the rear cover on the left and right sides respectively; an air inlet passage and an air outlet passage are formed in parallel to each other on the left and right sides respectively. Since the inflow air and the outflow air flow to the left and right sides respectively, the contaminated air discharged from the pipe unit can be prevented from mixing with the fresh air entering the room, and the ventilating effect can be ensured.
