A monitoring module for assembly accuracy between two components includes a first component having an installation surface, and a second component having an opposite surface and disposed in a way that the opposite surface faces towards the installation surface. A preload is continuously applied to at least one of the first and second components to press the opposite surface of the second component on the installation surface of the first component. The installation surface is defined with a reference point. At least two load cell pairs are disposed on the installation surface. Each load cell pair has two load cells located on two sides of the reference point respectively, and the imaginary line connecting the two load cells passes through the reference point. Besides, the load cells are separated from each other without any overlap. The opposite surface is pressed on the at least two load cell pairs.

Monitoring module for assembly accuracy between two components

A double nut ball screw capable of sensing preload includes a screw rod, two nuts, a connection key, multiple balls, a deformable annular platform having a U-shaped cross section with a bottom wall portion and two sidewall portions integrally connected with two opposite lateral sides of the bottom wall portion, and an annular force sensor mounted on the bottom wall portion of the deformable annular platform and located between the two sidewall portions. The deformable annular platform has a protruded portion located at the outer surface of the bottom wall portion opposite to the force sensor, and is disposed in the gap between the two nuts and wedged between two mating surfaces of the two nuts with the distal ends of the sidewall portions abutted against the mating surface of one nut and the protruded portion abutted against the mating surface of the other nut.

A method of making a calcium-fluoride layer formed on an object surface for more wear resistance includes the steps of coating sodium fluoride to a surface of an object having calcium, whereby the calcium fluoride and the calcium are inverted to become a calcium-fluoride layer on the surface of the object after a chemistry reaction; preparing a COlaser device having a COlaser emitter for emitting COlaser; and applying irradiation of the COlaser via the COlaser emitter to the calcium-fluoride layer for at least five seconds. In light of this, the wear resistance of the calcium-fluoride layer is enhanced for at least 34%, the absorption rate of the fluoride is increased for at least 23%, and the surface of the object has aesthetic and integral appearance.

A ball screw capable of sensing a preload is formed of a nut having an internal thread surrounding an imaginary central axis, a screw inserted into the nut and having an external thread surrounding the imaginary central axis, and a plurality of balls are mounted between the internal and external threads in a way that the balls roll therebetween. A mounting hole having a mounting surface therein is formed in the nut. The mounting surface corresponds to the internal thread in a way that it is substantially perpendicular to the imaginary central axis. A force sensor is mounted to the mounting surface. The force sensor can directly sense the preload in real time, so it is uneasily adversely affected by any environmental factor to have more accurate sensing result relatively.

A ball screw capable of thermal dissipation is formed of a screw rod, a screw nut, and a plurality of balls mounted between the screw rod and the screw nut. The screw nut includes a mounting surface. A thermoelectric cooler is mounted to the screw nut and includes a heat-absorptive surface and a heat-dissipative surface. The heat-absorptive surface is adhered to the mounting surface. Accordingly, the ball screw can cool the heat down and is structurally simple and the whole weight is not increased due to the thermoelectric cooler.

The present invention discloses a method for enhancing hardness of a nanoimprint mold comprising following steps of: providing a male mold, composed of a first material, for imprinting a female mold and producing a nano structural pattern on the female mold, and the female mold composed of a second material, wherein the hardness of the first material is higher than the hardness of the second material; applying a nano-indentation technique to the female mold onto the female mold by a nano-indentation apparatus having a diamond array probe so as to enhance the surface hardness of the female mold; and impressing a substrate by the female mold with the nano structural pattern having the enhanced surface.

The method include the steps of preparing and placing a brand-new pad under an artificially controlled environment for several CMP tests until termination of its operational life to conclude a relationship between the last stable temperature-rise at a polishing trace during the CMP process and surface roughness of the pad. Then conducting a polishing test of a subject pad under an artificially controlled environment to conclude a relationship between the last stable temperature-rise at a polishing trace during the CMP process and surface roughness of the subject pad. Comparing the two relationships indicated in the aforesaid two steps for analysis to monitor the surface status and operational life of the subject pad.

A wire-bonding method for chips with copper interconnects by introducing a thin layer is provided for solving the problem of oxidizing a copper bonding-pad during bonding processing in order not to deteriorate the bonding strength and yield rate thereof. The wire-bonding method of the present invention comprises: a step for providing a chip with a copper bonding-pad; another step for providing an aqueous solution to form a Cuprous oxide thin layer on the copper bonding-pad; and yet another step for setting a plurality of copper interconnects on the copper bonding-pad and providing an ultrasonic power for removing the Cuprous oxide layer to have the interconnects bonded on the copper bonding-pad.

The reservoir and the ejection chamber are interposed by flow guiding slant surfaces and buffer edges to enable the piezoelectric plate and the nozzle orifices to form a gap therebetween to cerate nozzle and dispersion effects so that after the piezoelectric plate is activated fluid may be ejected evenly through the nozzle orifices on two sides to generate even fuel ejection and a desired atomization effect in a bi-direction fashion.

Preloading regulating mechanism for rolling bearings

An apparatus combining the tests of lubrication systems with performance of rolling bearings is disclosed. The functions include the regulation of axial load and lubrication system and measurement of temperature rise and friction torque of test bearing which are provided to analyze the performance of test bearing under different axial loads, rotating speed and lubrication conditions. The test apparatus consists of loading, testing, linking, power, and base sections. In the loading section, a disc spring can be compressed by an adjustable screw to make up a mechanism for changing axial load on the test bearing. The testing section includes a thermocouple and a mechanism for measurement of friction torque of bearing. The outside of testing section has a protective sleeve for setting holes and pads which are adapted to fix, change and regulate the position, number, and outlet displacement of lubricant nozzles according to different lubrication systems and the actual testing needs. In the linking section, both ends of a rotating spindle connect with the power and the testing sections for delivering the rotating power and driving the test bearing.
