A fan control system for use in a server system is disclosed. The fan control system includes a first monitoring and protection chip, a second monitoring and protection chip, a switch, a plurality of fans and a complex programmable logic device (CPLD). In a shutdown state of the server system, the switch is switched under control of the CPLD so that the fans are connected to the second monitoring and protection chip, receive standby power therefrom and run at a standby power level. When the server system is switched to a working state, the switch is switched under control of the CPLD so that the fans are connected to the first monitoring and protection chip, receive operating power therefrom and run at a higher working power level. This design can address different heat dissipation needs of various applications.

Fan control system and method

A side spray method for cooling a steel strip after hot rolling includes providing side spray devices behind multiple cooling sections on two sides in a width direction of a run out roller table of the steel strip after hot rolling. The side spray devices are staggered along the two sides of the run out roller table of the steel strip, the side spray devices include at least two spray units, each spray unit includes a spray tube and nozzles on the spray tube, the spray tubes being in parallel and vertically arranged along a running direction of the steel strip, and being movable along the running direction of the steel strip, covering ranges of the nozzles on the side spray devices are partially overlapped with each other, and a total spray coverage covering of nozzles covers a width of the run out roller table of the steel strip.

A circuit structure with automatic PCIe lane configuration adjustment and a method thereof are disclosed. The circuit structure includes a plurality of PCIe riser cards and a motherboard. The PCIe riser cards are of at least two lane sizes each associated with a PCIe size identifier. The storage unit stores predefined PCIe configuration information, and the BMC module is configured to issue a match signal when finding a match between the current configuration information and the predefined PCIe configuration information, thus allowing booting of the BIOS unit.
