Provided are a method and a device for predicting a roller gap in a non-steady-state process. The method includes: obtaining a plurality of first rolling parameters; dividing, based on the plurality of first rolling parameters, a rolling deformation zone into an inlet elastic compression zone, a plastic deformation zone, and an outlet elastic recovery zone; determining a rolling force of the inlet elastic compression zone and a rolling force of the outlet elastic recovery zone through function calculations using a predetermined elastic mechanics calculation model; determining a rolling force of the plastic deformation zone through function calculations using a predetermined energy technique; determining, based on a coupling relationship between the rolling forces and a roller flattening radius, a first total rolling force of the non-steady-state process deformation zone that satisfies a predetermined convergence condition; obtaining the roller gap through function calculations using a first predetermined function model.

Methods and devices for predicting roller gaps in non-steady-state processes

A subsurface defect detecting device for cylindrical components and method thereof are provided. The subsurface defect detecting device for cylindrical components includes: an electric rotating platform, a three-jaw chuck, a first linear supporting base, and a second linear supporting base. The three-jaw chuck is mounted on the electric rotating platform, and the three-jaw chuck is configured to fix a workpiece to be detected. The first linear supporting base and the second linear supporting base are arranged close to the electric rotating platform, and the first linear supporting base and the second linear supporting base are in contact with each other and are perpendicular to each other. The present disclosure achieves optimal laser ultrasound detection angles by incorporating a moving device, determining the appropriate laser ultrasound detection angle for cylindrical components with different curvature radii, thereby reducing the impact of uneven surfaces on the detection results.

Subsurface defect detecting device for cylindrical components and method thereof

A semi-automatic adjustment device for suppressing tension fluctuations during a rolling process of an ultra-thin strip includes a semi-automatic tension regulator, a semi-automatic tuned mass damper of variable stiffness and damping, a coiler, a tension roller and a twenty-high roller system. The semi-automatic tension regulator is disposed between the coiler and the tension roller, the semi-automatic tuned mass damper of variable stiffness and damping is disposed between the tension roller and the twenty-high roller system. The semi-automatic adjustment device can be used to reduce a short-time fluctuation impact of tension during startup and shutdown of a twenty-high roll mill when the twenty-high rolling mill rolls an ultra-thin strip, improve system stability, absorb the continuous micro disturbances generated during the rolling process of the twenty-high roll mill, and achieve flexible and stable adjustment of tension during the rolling process.
