A card connector includes a shell having an entrance formed at a front end thereof, at least one terminal set, a card tray having a lateral portion, an ejecting assembly composed of a heart-shaped guide groove formed at the lateral portion, a guide member having two ends, one of which is pivoted to the shell and the other has an interference portion for interference with the guide groove, and a springy member mounted inside the shell and working on the card tray; and a springy biasing member mounted to shell and applying the resilience to the guide groove. The lateral portion includes an extension groove having two ends, one of which communicates with the guide groove and the other extends rearward to be an open end. When the card tray is inserted into the shell through the entrance, the open end allows the interference portion to enter the extension groove.

An electrical card connector includes a housing defining a front insertion opening, one or a number of terminal sets, a tray insertable through the front insertion opening into the housing and having one or a number of card-carrying portions, a recess, a stop wall at one side of the recess, a pin hole and a pin guide formed between the recess and the insertion hole, an elastic member, and an elastic interference device mounted in the housing and extending to the accommodation chamber for interfering with the recess and stopping against the stop wall and having an actuation portion. The elastic interference device is forced away from the recess and the stop wall for enabling the tray to be ejected out of the housing by the elastic member upon insertion of an insertion pin into the pin hole to push the actuation portion.

A card connector composed of a base frame, at least one terminal set, and a detective terminal. While a card enters a card space inside of the base frame, it works on and forces a working portion of a working springy piece of the detective terminal toward a passive springy piece of the detective terminal for electric conduction with the same. When the working springy piece is moved to contact the passive springy piece, a scraping portion of the working springy piece contacts and scraps a contact portion of the passive springy piece to force the passive springy piece to deform; meanwhile, the resilience generated by the deformation of the passive springy piece keeps it in contact with the working springy piece. In this way, during the contact, the oxide or stain can be scraped off f to make the contact more perfect to secure the detective accuracy.

A foolproof multi-card connector includes a housing having two sliding grooves bilaterally arranged on the inside, multiple sets of metal terminals, a movable partition board, which has two pivots respectively inserted into the sliding grooves and movable vertically in the sliding grooves, the movable partition board having two guide blocks bilaterally disposed at the front side each guide block having a bottom guide face and an inner guide face, a hook member mounted in the housing and hooked on the movable partition board to prohibit backward displacement of the movable partition board, and spring members supported between the bottom wall of the housing and the bottom wall of the movable partition board to hold the movable partition board in a rear up and front down position. Based on this arrangement, the foolproof multi-card connector prevents erroneous insertion of a card member and prohibits insertion of a second card member after insertion of one first card member.

An LED illuminating device includes a column-shaped thermally conductive member having a taper-shaped portion at a front end thereof and being electrically conductive; a first insulating layer partially covered on the taper-shaped portion; a taper-shaped member sleeved onto the first insulating layer, covered above the taper-shaped portion, and spaced from the taper-shaped portion by the first insulating layer having a plurality of through holes and being electrically conductive; and a plurality of LED units mounted to the taper-shaped portion, passing through the through holes respectively, and exposed outside the taper-shaped member. Each of the LED units includes at least one LED chip having two electrodes electrically connected with the thermally conductive member and the taper-shaped member respectively. Therefore, the LED illuminating device has preferable efficiency of thermal dissipation for LEDs and provides larger area for mounting LED units thereto.

An all-in-one card connector includes a base frame, a cover member; a first terminal having a plurality of first terminals each having a molding part embedded in the base frame and a rear end thereof partially exposed outside a rear end of the base frame; a bridge piece set having a plurality of bridge pieces having a molding part embedded in the base frame, a front end partially exposed outside the base frame, and a rear end partially exposed outside the rear end of the base frame; and a second terminal set having a plurality of second terminals mounted to a terminal rack mounted to the base frame each having a rear end partially exposed outside the terminal rack and in contact with the front end of the bridge piece.

A card connector capable of avoiding multiple false actions of an inserted card includes a base frame; a cover member jointly form a card chamber with thee frame; a plurality of terminals mounted to the base frame, extending into the card chamber; and two adjacent movable spacers including a left movable spacer and a right movable spacer, which are pivotably attached to the base frame. The left movable spacer includes a left guide slope extending rearward toward a center of the base frame from a left front side thereof. The right movable spacer includes a right guide slope extending rearward toward a center of the base frame from a right front side thereof. The left movable spacer includes a left bevel formed at a front left edge thereof. The right movable spacer includes a right bevel formed at a front right edge thereof.

A card connector includes a housing defining multiple accommodation chambers, pressure boards respectively and vertically movably accommodated in the accommodation chambers, each pressure board having slots and rear bearing portions protruding over the top wall, and multiple sets of metal terminals mounted in the housing and respectively curving upwardly forwards in the accommodation chambers to support the respective pressure boards in the respective accommodation chamber. By means of the effect of the rear bearing portions of the pressure boards, the inserted memory card touches only the matching metal terminals and the other metal terminals that do not match are kept away from the inserted memory card, preventing damage.

An LED and liquid-vapor heat-dissipating device assembly is composed of a liquid-vapor heat-dissipating device and at least one LED unit. The liquid-vapor heat-dissipating device includes a metal housing, a predetermined amount of liquid, and a capillary member. The LED unit includes an LED chip mounted to and electrically connected with the metal housing, an insulating board mounted to the surface of the metal housing, an electrode located on the insulating board, a wire having two ends connected with the LED chip and the electrode respectively, and a sealant fully encapsulating the wire and the LED chip and at least partially encapsulating the insulating board and the electrode. Accordingly, the heat generated by the LED chip can be directly conducted to the liquid-vapor heat-dissipating device and, such that the present invention has preferably thermally conductive/dissipating efficiency.

Multipurpose multiple-slot card connector for use with single card once only

A card connector includes a housing, a base, a slidable member, three of which are provided in the base and define a receiving chamber for receiving a memory card thereamong, and a spring. A tongue is provided on a sidewall of the housing. The memory card has a locating recess formed at one side thereof corresponding to the tongue. The slidable member includes a recession formed on a sidewall thereof corresponding to the tongue, and an opening cut through the sidewall and in communication with the recession. A hooked member is provided in the recession. The recession is provided with a first matching portion, and the hooked member has a second matching portion for joint with the first matching portion. Therefore, the card connector is structurally simple, of secure locking, and can effectively engage and prevent an electronic card inserted therein from falling-off.

An all-in-one card connector includes a base frame, a plurality of terminal sets, two pivotable stoppers, and a shell. Each of the two pivotable stoppers includes a pivotable portion having one end pivoted to a front part of one of two sides of the base frame; and a stopping portion extending transversally from the other end of the pivotable portion toward an inside of the base frame. The two pivotable stoppers are spaced from each other for such an interval that a relatively wide card can work on the two pivotable stoppers at the same time and a relatively narrow card cannot do so. The interval between the two pivotable stoppers is smaller than width of the relatively narrow card. Two springy members are mounted between the base frame and the two pivotable stoppers respectively. The shell covers a part of the base frame.

A multi-in-one card connector includes a base having two upright sidewalls and a downwardly backwardly extending sloping groove at each upright sidewall, and two slanting, two terminal sets mounted in the base at different elevations, a partition plate mounted in the base and movable along the downwardly backwardly extending sloping grooves of the upright sidewalls between two positions to control insertion of only one single card member into contact with one terminal set in the base, a cover plate covering the base, and two spring members connected between the base and the partition plate to support the partition plate in one of the two positions.

A card connector composed of a housing, a connection socket, and an inclined guiding edge. The housing includes an opening. The connection socket is mounted to a rear part inside the housing, having a plurality of terminals. The inclined guiding edge is mounted in the housing. The housing further includes a guiding piece formed on a top side thereof. The guiding piece has a front guiding portion extending downward rearward toward one side from the housing for a predetermined length, and a limiting portion extending rearward upward for a predetermined length from the front guiding portion. The limiting portion at a peak thereof is connected with the top side of the housing. The guiding piece is located above the relatively wider portion. Therefore, the card connector is capable of guiding the small card is structurally more simplified.
