A scheduler of a virtual machine (VM) module, a scheduling method thereof, and a device containing computer software are provided. The scheduler has a classification module and a scheduling module. The classification module receives at least one VM module and analyzes a resource proportion parameter to generate classification result information. The scheduling module has a first schedule queue and a second schedule queue, sort an immediately resource-required VM module to the first schedule queue and a non immediately resource-required VM module to the second schedule queue, and determine whether the VM module of the first schedule queue exists or not, and if yes, it outputs the VM module of the first schedule queue to a processor; otherwise, outputs the VM module of the second schedule queue to the processor.

A dynamic voltage scaling scheduling method executes one of the steps. When one task in the delayed task set requires for being executed, a working voltage required for executing the task is increased, and the task is removed from the delayed task set; when one task in the delayed task set requires for sharing resources, the working voltage required by the task is set as the current working voltage or a larger one in the minimum upper bounds of all the works requiring for sharing resources; and when one task does not belong to the delayed task set, but the waiting time has exceeded the period of the work, the working voltage for executing the task is reduced, and the task is added in the delayed task set.

Dynamic voltage scaling scheduling mechanism for sporadic, hard real-time tasks with resource sharing

A crutch with a length controllable by pressure sensing and a method thereof are provided. The crutch includes a holding portion, a lead screw shaft, a rod body, a control module, and a supporting portion. The holding portion and the supporting portion have a plurality of pressure sensing units, for generating holding pressure values and feedback pressure values. The rod body is connected to the holding portion, a motor is arranged on the supporting portion, and the lead screw shaft has one end engaged to the motor and the other end pivoted to the rod body. When the holding portion determines that the holding portion is held according to the holding pressure values and the feedback pressure values, and that the crutch is oblique, the motor is enabled to rotate to drive the lead screw shaft to pivotally rotate, thereby shortening or prolonging the length of the crutch.

An intelligent information retrieval system for finding information components corresponding to an input query word. The system includes a synonym block for finding synonymous indexed keywords of the query word; an information indexing block for finding corresponding information components based on the indexed keyword; a component ranking-filtering block for ranking and filtering the found information components and outputting the desired information components being selected; a synonym adjusting block for adjusting the fuzzy mechanism of the synonym block based on the found information components; and a filtering adjusting block for adjusting the fuzzy mechanism of the ranking-filtering block based on the found information components. The aforementioned synonym block and information-indexing block are implemented by neuro-fuzzy networks for accelerating parallel processing and automatic learning. Further, the synonym block can tolerate input errors by way of query word encoding and position shift compensation.

Information retrieval system with a neuro-fuzzy structure

This invention proposes a novel nonlinear filter called adaptive weighted fuzzy mean (AWFM) filter which is capable of removing high density Gaussian impulse noises in polluted images. Via a single epoch, weights of the filter are departed according to a set of fuzzy rules, which are constructed by a proposed procedure. All the fuzzy rules in the knowledge base infer concurrently for input nature estimation and filter adaptation. Statistic analyses ensure that this AWFM filtering possesses robust and consistent performance even when images are thoroughly polluted. The AWFM filter is synthesized with generic LR fuzzy cells which adopts CMOS analog current mode technology to subject high speed, low power, and small circuit area objectives. Simulations show that parallel inferences realized by the generic LR fuzzy cells, each of which performs 20 M FLIPS (fuzzy logic inferences per second) promise that the synthesized AWFM filter is able to process up to 50 256&times;256 images per second.
