A flow guide is provided with a flange, a guide plate, and an inside member. A ring groove which is recessed to the radially outer side from an inner circumferential surface and which extends in a circumferential direction based on the axis is formed in the flange. The inside member includes a fitted portion which enters the ring groove, and a cover portion which faces the inner circumferential surface of the flange in the radial direction. The cover portion covers at least parts of the inner circumferential surface of the flange and an inner circumferential surface of the guide plate that face a tip end of a moving blade in the radial direction. The cover portion is formed from a material having a higher erosion resistance with respect to steam and steam drain than the flange.

Flow guide, steam turbine, inside member, and method for manufacturing flow guide

An axial-flow exhaust turbine is capable of discharging water drops collected from a steam passage. The axial-flow exhaust turbine includes: a steam passage in which rotor blades and stator blades are arranged in rows; an exhaust chamber for discharging steam from the steam passage in a turbine axial direction, the exhaust chamber being positioned at a downstream side of the steam passage; a casing including the steam passage and the exhaust chamber inside the casing; an inner partition wall positioned on an inner circumferential side of the casing so as to face the exhaust chamber; and a drain flow channel defined between the casing and the inner partition wall. The water drops collected from the steam passage can pass through the drain flow channel.

Axial-flow exhaust turbine

The bearing device has a support ring positioned around a rotating shaft and a plurality of bearing pads provided between the rotating shaft and the support ring and configured to support the rotating shaft. Some of the plurality of bearing pads are positioned at a lower side of the rotating shaft, and a key member is installed between the support ring and a carrier ring supporting the plurality of bearing pads. The key member is inserted therebetween in a tangential direction of an outer circumference of the carrier ring and is configured to perform positioning of the plurality of bearing pads and the support ring in a radial direction.

A steam turbine has an outer casing that is divided into an upper casing and a lower casing (a lower block) on a horizontal plane through which a rotor passes. The upper casing is divided into a middle block having a through hole and an upper block having a top panel, that is, into a portion including at least a part of the through hole through which the rotor penetrates. With this configuration, machining of a bellows fitting unit provided in an end-plate cone portion can be performed in existing facilities such as a factory, in a state that the lower block and the middle block are assembled without assembling the upper block.
