Provided is a rotary electric machine which is configured to draw three-phase output lines from a connection side coil end by an easy process. A stator for a rotary electric machine according to the present invention includes a plurality of segment coils including connection-side winding portions and non-connection-side winding portions. The connection-side winding portions are arranged on one side of a stator core and connected to slots with the same slot pitch, and the non-connection-side winding portions are arranged on the other side of the stator core and inserted into the slots with a plurality of kinds of slot pitches. The connection-side winding portions include a first connection group and a second connection group. The first connection group is provided with a plurality of terminal portions for connecting the segments, and the second connection group connects layers different from those in the first connection group, and is provided with a plurality of terminal portions.

Stator for rotary electric machine and rotary electric machine using same

A rotary electric machine includes a rotor, a stator, and stator windings. The stator winding has a plurality of slot conductor groups having a plurality of slot conductors of the same phase. A plurality of slot conductors of the slot conductor group are inserted into a predetermined number (Ns) of slots continuously arranged in a circumferential direction of the stator core such that the slot and the layer are adjacent to each other. The predetermined number (Ns) is set to 'Ns=NSPP+1,' where 'NSPP' denotes the number of slots per pole per phase.

Rotary electric machine and vehicle provided with the same

Disclosed is a motor unit that includes: a rotary electrical machine that has a cylindrical stator, a rotor disposed coaxially with the stator, a shaft disposed coaxially with the rotor, and a cylindrical case that houses the stator and the rotor; and a drive unit that has a swell swelling toward the case and is fixed to a circumferential surface that is located in a radial direction of the rotor and is the case. The present invention provides a rotating electrical machine capable of fixing a permanent magnet at a defined position of a magnet insertion hole without providing a filling groove for injection of a filler in a rotor core and, of course, without lowering performance as the rotating electric machine. A rotating electrical machine of the present invention includes: a rotor; and a stator, the rotor including: a rotor core provided with a plurality of magnet insertion holes; a permanent magnet inserted into the magnet insertion hole; and a filler configured to fix the permanent magnet to the magnet insertion hole. In the rotating electrical machine, the permanent magnet comprises: a plurality of radial end surfaces provided in a radial direction of the rotor; and a pair of circumferential end surfaces provided in a circumferential direction of the rotor, one first radial end surface out of the plurality of radial end surfaces intersects the pair of circumferential end surfaces to form two regions where a side meets a side, and gaps each of which is formed between each of the two regions where a side meets a side and an inner wall surface of the magnet insertion hole are used as filler inlets for the filler.

The efficiency of inserting a coil conductor into a slot of a stator core is improved in the present invention. Included are a rotor and a stator.
