Provided is a food that has a combination of the respective advantages of a surfactant-containing emulsified food and a non-dispersion-type oil-containing liquid food. Specifically, the object is to provide an oil-in-water dispersion-type oil-containing liquid food having stability (stability of oil droplet dispersion) comparable to that of a surfactant-containing emulsified food, while providing a sharp flavor release similar to that of a non-dispersion-type oil-containing liquid food. An oil-in-water dispersion-type oil-containing liquid food or similar food to be provided includes water, oil, a three-dimensional network structure substantially consisting of fine cellulose, and at least one polysaccharide selected from the group consisting of native gellan gum, xanthan gum, iota-carrageenan, and guar gum. This food substantially does not contain a surfactant, and droplets of the oil are stably dispersed in the water.

Oil-in-water dispersion type oil-containing liquid food

There is provided a medicine dispensing system configured such that a medicine dispensing device includes a sub unit having a function to dispense medicine that is connected to a medicine dispensing device that includes a main unit having a function of packing medicines. There is also provided a medicine dispensing device that can be appropriately integrated with such a medicine dispensing system. The medicine dispensing system includes, in some embodiments a main unit, a sub unit and a transfer device connecting the main unit and the sub unit. The medicine dispensing system transfers the medicine dispensed in the sub unit to the main unit by means of a transfer device and dispenses the medicine at a medicine packing part together with the medicine dispensed from a main storage part in the main unit.

A rotor rotates, thereby sequentially making pockets reach a drug discharging outlet, so that tablets held therein are sequentially discharged through the drug discharging outlet. When each pocket reaches the drug discharging outlet, an upper opening of the pocket is closed by a separating member, which prevents new tablets from dropping in the pocket. An apex of a block with a protrusion has a height that is able to contact a lower face of a main body of the separating member. The apex strokes the lower face of the main body of the separating member upon rotation of the rotor. Only branches with which the apex of the block with a protrusion is brought into contact bend and deform upwardly. The deformed branches are successively replaced, so as to proceed as waves running. The tablets are pushed by the waves so as to proceed forward in the rotational direction.

A medication dispensing device has: a medication preparation unit provided with a storage section that can store and discharge one package at a time of a solid medication supplied by a medication supply unit; and a counting unit that can count the solid medication discharged from the storage section. The counting unit is provided with: a monitoring platform on which the solid medication discharged from the storage section rests; an vibration unit that can vibrate the monitoring platform horizontally; an imaging unit that can image the solid medication on the monitoring platform that has been vibrated; and an image recognition unit that can count the solid medication on the basis of the image obtained by the imaging unit.

Method and apparatus for counting and dispensing medication

The invention provides a native gellan gum-containing composition, and particularly based on the multifunctionality thereof, provides freeze/thaw-resistant gel compositions and dehydrated gels and jellies available therefrom, rice cake-like gels and rice cake substitutes, copy foods, cold retention compositions and cooling agents. The invention further provides the use of the above composition as additives for the expression of unique functions, for example a dispersion stabilizer, an additive for thickened compositions, a heat resistance-imparting agent, a syneresis inhibitor, a foam stabilizer, and a food palatability/body-improving agent.
