A tray is automatically mounted on a pallet. A tray handling device, which handles a tray collected from a component mounting device configured to mount a component held in a tray on a substrate, includes: a pallet collecting unit configured to take out a pallet on which the tray is mounted from a magazine collected from the component mounting device; and a tray unloading unit configured to unload the tray from the collected pallet.

Tray handling device and tray handling method

A work device includes a main body, a connector part, a guide, and a data transmitter. The connector part, the guide, and the data transmitter are provided in the main body. The connector part is configured to be fitted to a connector of the feeder carriage. The guide guides the feeder carriage so that the connector is fitted to the connector part when the feeder carriage is brought close to the main body while making the connector face the connector part. The data transmitter transmits data to the feeder carriage through the connector when the connector is fitted with the connector part.

Work device

A component-mounting device includes a base, a board positioner which positions a board, a feeder carriage which is attachable to and detachable from the base, a part feeder which supplies a component, a mounting head which mounts the component on the board positioned by the board positioner, a nozzle replacement table which holds a replacement nozzle attached to or detached from the mounting head, a replacement table holder which holds the nozzle replacement table at a predetermined holding position within a movable range of the mounting head, and a placing table on which the nozzle replacement table is placed before the replacement table holder holds the nozzle replacement table. The component-mounting device delivers the nozzle replacement table between the replacement table holder and the placing table in a state where the feeder carriage is connected to the base.

Component-mounting device and work system

A tray feeder extracts one of trays where components are stored from corresponding one of magazines, and moves the extracted tray to a component feed position. The tray feeder includes a rack portion having a plurality of magazine holding portions disposed in a vertical direction, and a tray movement portion that extracts one of the trays from corresponding one of the magazines through a corresponding one of tray extraction ports. The magazine holding portions hold the magazines respectively which are inserted horizontally through magazine exits/entrances. Each of the magazine holding portions includes a block unit which blocks communication between the magazine exit/entrance and the tray extraction port of corresponding magazine holding portion when the magazine is removed from the corresponding magazine holding portion through the magazine exit/entrance.

Tray feeder and component mounting apparatus

A component mounting apparatus includes a carriage that holds a part feeder for supplying a component in a state of being attached to a base and attaches the part feeder to the base in a state of being coupled to the base; a mounting head that mounts the component to a substrate after the component is taken out of the part feeder held by the carriage coupled to the base through an opening formed between the base and a cover member formed so as to cover an upward side of the base; and a shutter moved from an opened position in which the opening is opened to a closed position in which the opening is closed when the carriage is separated from the base.

Component mounting apparatus

There is provided a component mounting method for fitting a component including downwardly-extending insertion pins on a substrate by sucking the component by a suction nozzle and moving the suction nozzle such that the insertion pins of the sucked component are inserted into pin insertion holes formed in a substrate. The component mounting method includes: positioning the insertion pins and the pin insertion holes, and then pushing the component against the substrate by the suction nozzle, thereby fitting the component on the substrate such that the insertion pins are inserted into the pin insertion holes; and pushing again the component against the substrate after the component is fitted on the substrate, so as to push the insertion pins into the pin insertion holes.

Component mounting method which fits and pushes component on substrate

A component mounting apparatus includes a plurality of transport conveyor units that are arranged in parallel and transports boards, each transport conveyer unit including a pair of transport rails of a fixed rail and a movable rail, a fixed side transport motor that drives a fixed side transport belt provide on the fixed rail, and a movable side transport motor that drives a movable side transport belt provide on the movable rail. The fixed side transport motor is provided on a side surface of the fixed rail that faces the movable rail, and the movable side transport motor is provided on a side surface of the movable rail that faces the fixed rail. The fixed side transport motor and the movable side transport motor are arranged so as not to interfere with each other when the distance between the pair of transport rails is changed.

It is an object to provide an electronic component mounting method that makes it possible to assure stable pickup operation even when a dimensional error attributable to a difference in production lot exists in electronic components or carrier tapes. Electronic component mounting method

The present invention provides a board cleaning apparatus excellent in foreign-matter removing efficiency. Fixed brushes are each made in contact with a circuit board over an entire width thereof, and attached to a case of a board cleaning apparatus respectively on the upstream side and the downstream side of the case in the board transporting direction with respect to a rotary brush for removing and ejecting foreign matters. This arrangement makes it possible to cover a gap between the circuit board and the case to prevent a board transporting rail to be moved so as to be shifted in accordance with circuit boards having various dimensions from intervening with the case.
