A power supply device, which is simply assembled and in which a cell assembly and a measuring section are freely inserted and detached, is provided. A power supply deviceincludes a cell assembly, a plurality of first bus bars, a plateto which the plurality of bus barsare attached. The plate is overlapped on the cell assembly. The cell assemblyhas a plurality of cellsrespectively including positive electrodesat one ends and negative electrodesat the other ends. The first bus barsconnect the positive electrodesof the one cellsto the negative electrodesof the other cellsof the cell assemblywhich are mutually adjacent when the plateis overlapped or overlaid on the cell assembly. Power supply device

A power source device includes a battery assembly which includes a plurality of batteries each having a positive electrode at one end and a negative electrode at the other end, a plurality of connecting members, each of which connects the positive electrode of one battery and the negative electrode of the other battery of the battery assembly, the one and the other batteries adjoining each other, and a plate to which the connecting members are attached, and the plate adapted to the battery assembly. The battery assembly and the plate include a positioning section that relatively positions the battery assembly and the plate. The battery assembly and the plate include a plate displacement section that displaces the plate so that the connecting members relatively abut against the corresponding positive electrodes and negative electrodes of the battery assembly when the plate is mounted on the battery assembly.

Power source device

A power circuit breaker having a simple structure with a small number of components is provided. The power circuit breaker includes: a circuit receiver which receives a pair of circuit terminals connected to an end of an opened power circuit; and a plug body having a fuse to be mounted on the circuit receiver to close the power circuit. In the fuse, a pair of terminals extending from a housing, which receives a fuse element of the fuse, is bent approximately at right angles at the middle of the terminal. A central curving portion of the bent part is provided with a notch. A cross section of the terminal exposed within the notch is pressed by a jig, which fits with the notch, so that the fuse is press-fit into the plug body.

A connecting plate has: bus bars which connect a plurality of batteries; a voltage-detection terminal unit which is connected to be overlapped to the bus bars and through which a voltage of a desired one of the batteries is detected; an electric wire connected to the voltage-detection terminal unit; and a molded resin board to which these components are integrally fixed. In the voltage-detection terminal unit, a device mounting portion onto which a circuit protecting device is to be mounted is integrally formed between an overlap contact portion opposed to the bus bar, and an electric wire connecting portion. The device mounting portion is exposed to the outside through a device mounting window which is opened in the molded resin board, a circuit protecting device mounted onto the device mounting portion is housed in the device mounting window, and slits are formed around the device mounting window in the molded resin board.

Connecting plate for a battery holder

A connecting plate has: bus bars which connect a plurality of batteries; a voltage-detection terminal unit which is connected to the bus bars and through which a voltage of a desired one of the batteries is detected; an electric wire connected to the voltage-detection terminal unit; and a molded resin board to which these components are integrally fixed. In the voltage-detection terminal unit, a device mounting portion onto which a circuit protecting device is to be mounted is integrally formed between an overlap contact portion opposed to the bus bar, and an electric wire connecting portion. Resin leakage preventing pieces for the bus bars are formed at side edges of the overlap contact portion. A device mounting portion is exposed to an outside through a device mounting window which is opened in the molded resin board, and a circuit protecting device is housed in the device mounting window.

Battery power source device wherein a large number of battery modules (9) consisting of a row of a plurality of single cells (7) connected electrically and mechanically in series are arranged parallel to each other and held in a holder casing (10), bus bars (28) being provided that effect electrical connection between the terminals of battery modules (9) at respective end plates (19), (20) positioned at both ends of this holder casing (10) wherein the end plates (19), (20) are constituted of resin plates and the bus bars (28) are fixed to the end plates (19), (20) by insertion molding.

A butt-type connection terminal unit comprises first and second connection terminals whose front end surfaces are contacted to each other to make an electric connection therebetween and which include safety structure to prevent a person from accidentally touching the terminal front surfaces. The first and second connection terminals are provided, front end surfaces thereof, with respective plate-like insulators (5, 6) and slits (7, 8) at positions out of phase relative to each other, the plate-like insulators adapted for entrance into the corresponding slits when the front end surfaces are contacted to each other. A butt-type connection terminal unit is obtained in which the plate-like insulators serve to prevent a finger from touching the connection terminals, which realizes a stable electric connection and which is suited for downsizing connectors. A coaxial connector is also provided which employs the above connection terminal unit. A hollow cylinder (34) and a rod (36) are also usable as touch prevention structures.

A male connector (B) includes an outer housing (10) equipped with a rotatable lever (31) and an inner connector (20) which moves in an axial direction in the outer housing by rotation of the lever. A female connector (A) includes a shell for receiving the male connector; the male and female connectors having abutting faces (36 and 4) abutting on each other by magnetic force when the inner connector (20) and the female connector (A) are engaged with each other, at least one of the abutting faces being made of magnet (35). The male and female connectors can constitute a provisional locking structure before substantial magnetic adsorption force due to proximity of the male and female connectors. The male and female connectors are coupled to each other to connect terminals mounted in the male and female connectors to each other. Even if a strong magnet is used to couple relatively large connectors with each other, they can be separated by small force.
