A resin sheet is made using a resin composition containing a thermosetting component (A) and a thermally conductive filler (C). The thermosetting component (A) contains a maleimide resin. A thermal diffusion rate of the thermally cured resin sheet is 1.0×10m/s or more. When a cross section (P) of the resin sheet taken by cutting the resin sheet in a vertical direction to a surface of the resin sheet is observed in an area (P1), a condition represented by a numerical formula (F1) below is satisfied, the area (P1) being defined by a square whose sides are four times as large as a thickness of the resin sheet and including two surfaces of the resin sheet,0.25≤≤1  (F1)

A multilayer composite body in which a shaped metal article, a thermosetting resin layer, a modified polyolefin resin layer, and a polypropylene-based resin composition, or a PP-based GFRTP are laminated in the order of description. A multilayer composite body of a metal and a resin is obtained which excels in a fixing strength (shear breaking stress) between the shaped metal article and the molded article of the polypropylene-based resin composition. The thermosetting resin layer is composed mainly of a urethane resin or an epoxy resin. The polypropylene-based resin composition is molded by an injection molding. The modified polyolefin resin forming the modified polyolefin resin layer includes one or two or more of non-chlorinated modified polyolefin resins having a weighted average of melting points of 70&#xb0; C. to 110&#xb0; C., as determined with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC).

Multilayer composite body of metal and polypropylene-based resin composition and method for producing same

It is an object of the present invention to provide a modified polyolefin resin adhesive agent which is excellent in adhesiveness to a nonpolar substrate, particularly a poorly adhesive polyolefin substrate to which no surface treatment has been given and to a polar substrate, develops the excellent adhesiveness by drying or thermal compression bonding at relatively low temperature, and exhibits a low tack. That is, the present invention provides the modified polyolefin resin obtained by modifying a polyolefin resin with (A) a polarity imparting agent which is at least one selected from chlorine, unsaturated carboxylic acid, derivatives and anhydrides of unsaturated carboxylic acid and radical polymerizable monomers; and (B) an ethylene-&#x3b1;-olefin copolymer having an unsaturated bond at one end, and use of said modified polyolefin resin as an aqueous resin composition or an organic solvent resin composition.
