A charging control device including: a first and second electrode supply path; a voltage measurement circuit configured to measure a voltage between the first and second electrode side supply paths; a first and second electrode side relays on the first and second electrode side supply paths which are located closer to the battery than the voltage measurement circuit; a series circuit of a resistor and a resistance regulation relay, the series circuit being connected in parallel to the voltage measurement circuit; and a controller configured to control opening and closing the first electrode side relay, the second electrode side relay and the resistance regulation relay, wherein the controller is configured to control the resistance regulation relay to be closed when performing welding determination of the first electrode side relay and/or the second electrode side relay.

Charging control device

By configuring low-pass filters each with a resistor and a capacitor, noise is removed. Based on a reference value of DC voltage that appears at output terminals of a battery pack circuit, a lowering portion of capacitance that arises in the respective capacitors is estimated in advance, and a compensation value is included in the resistance value of the respective resistors such that the cutoff frequencies of the low-pass filters are within an intended range. Even when a high voltage is handled, the variance in cutoff frequencies can be prevented from arising and the noise in an unnecessary frequency domain can be adequately reduced.

Filter circuit

A first pattern and a second pattern are stacked with each other. In a pattern of a first circuit for high voltage, a GND is formed as a solid pattern. In a pattern of a second circuit for low voltage, a GND is formed as a solid pattern. The solid pattern of the GND of the pattern of the first circuit for high voltage and the solid pattern of the GND of the pattern of the second circuit for low voltage partially face each other, thereby improving noise-resistant performance of the circuit for high voltage.

Voltage detection unit

A Schmitt trigger circuit according to an embodiment includes a voltage dividing circuit that divides an input voltage and outputs a divided voltage, and a basic Schmitt trigger circuit that includes a transistor as a current controlling element and controls current flowing through a light emitting diode (LED) included in an external photocoupler on the basis of the output voltage of the voltage dividing circuit proportional to the input voltage. The voltage dividing circuit has a positive temperature coefficient.
