An antireflection film is provided and includes a base material layer that contains a thermoplastic resin and a high refractive index layer that is superposed on at least one surface of the base material layer, while having a refractive index that is higher than the refractive index of the base material layer, and which is configured such that the high refractive index layer contains a fluorene diol, an isocyanate and a polymer of a resin material that contains a (meth)acrylate and a urethane (meth)acrylate derived from a (meth)acrylate.

The purpose of this invention is to provide: a hard-coat composition with which it is possible to produce a hard-coat layer having excellent hardness and abrasion-resistance when cured, and having excellent moldability during processing; and a laminate film and the like having such a hard-coat composition. The present application realizes an anti-reflection film or the like that is a layered product having low surface reflectivity, excellent thermoformability, and satisfactory abrasion resistance. This anti-reflection film includes: a base material layer including a thermoplastic resin; and a low-refractive-index layer which is stacked on at least one surface of the base material layer and which has a refractive index that is lower than the refractive index of the base material layer, wherein the low-refractive-index layer includes a polymer of a first resin material including a fluorine-containing urethane acrylate and a (meth)acrylate.

An objective of the present invention is to provide an anti-reflection film laminate which is for manufacturing an anti-reflection film having low surface reflectance and good anti-reflection properties, as well as excellent thermoformability and scratch resistance. The aforementioned problem is resolved by the following anti-reflection film laminate. This anti-reflection film laminate comprises: a first laminate having a base film that has a release surface, and an optical interference layer laminated on the release surface; and a second laminate having a substrate layer that contains a thermoplastic resin, and an uncured hardcoat layer that is laminated on one surface of the substrate layer and comprises a curable hardcoat composition. The first and second laminate bodies are pressure bonded such that the optical interference layer of the first laminate and the uncured hardcoat layer of the second laminate are in contact with each other.

The problem addressed by this invention is to provide a laminate for molding having excellent moldability and post-curing properties of the hard-coat layer, and which can maintain the surface of the hard-coat layer in a satisfactory state while uncured. This problem is solved by a laminate for molding containing a hard-coat layer and a masking film affixed to the surface of the hard-coat layer, having an adhesive surface, which is the hard-coat layer-side surface of the masking film, with a surface free energy of at least 30.0 (mN/m) measured in accordance with the OWRK method, before being affixed. The hard-coat layer is in an uncured state.

The present invention solves glare of an embossed matte film of a conventional product produced and sold by the applicant of the present application, and provides a light diffusion film and the like having a surface shape of an irregular pattern that significantly suppresses the glare even when an LED light source is used and also maintains the good optical characteristics. The following is believed sufficient for maintaining good optical characteristics of an embossed matte film and also for solving the glare. To maintain the optical characteristics, the surface shape was defined by use of an inclination angle histogram profile of an embossed surface. In order to solve the glare, the size of unit patterns which make up an entire pattern and do not cause glare was defined by use of the value of the average length RSm of the roughness curve element of the embossed surface.
