An interactive novelty figure includes a housing having an external configuration that can simulate, for example, an animal. A plurality of switch assemblies is located about the housing and are obscured within its exterior configuration to respond to certain predetermined stimuli, such as pressure and sound. A sound-generating circuit and a motor for moving an appendage member, attached to the housing, is provided within the housing. Different sounds, characteristic of the animal, can be provided in response to both pressure and audio commands. The appendage member can further comprise a pair of parallel elongated members that can flex to provide a life-like wagging motion.

A figure moving article capable of accomplishing unique and unexpected movement sufficient to exhibit unexpected movements. The figure moving article includes a cylindrical container having a peripheral wall formed of a flexible material. In the container is arranged a bending structure which is actuated to cause the container to carry out bending motion. Also, a motor is received in the container in a manner to be operatively connected to the bending structure to actuate the bending structure and a motor drive circuit for driving the motor is arranged in the container. The bending structure is operatively connected to the container so as to transmit the actuation of the bending structure to the container, resulting in the container exhibiting bending movement.

Simulated novelty container capable of movement

A movable article capable of exhibiting a unique and complicated motion sufficient to attract a viewer. A motor is driven depending upon detection of sound by a sensor switch, so that the movable article may carry out a linear expanding-contracting motion in the vertical direction while simultaneously carrying out a revolving motion about a vertical axis. A position switch ensures that the movable article returns to its upright position.

The figure moving article includes a cylindrical container having a peripheral wall formed of a flexible material. In the container is arranged a bending structure which is actuated to cause the container to carry out bending motion. Also, a motor is received in the container in a manner to be operatively connected to the bending structure to actuate the bending structure and a motor drive circuit for driving the motor is arranged in the container. The bending structure is operatively connected to the container so as to transmit the actuation of the bending structure to the container, resulting in the container exhibiting bending movement.

A movable decoration capable of being moved to exhibit unexpected motion or variation in configuration while maintaining a conventional ornamental effect in a stationary state, resulting in a viewer taking much interest and exhibiting lots of imaginative power. The movable decoration includes a power supply, to which a sensor switch is connected. Also, the decoration includes a motor connected through the sensor switch to the power supply, a drive mechanism connected to the motor so as to be actuated thereby, and a core in the form of a wire operatively connected to the drive mechanism so as to be rotated depending on actuation of the drive mechanism. On the core is loosely fitted a hollow element such as a artificial plant, a doll or the like so that it may be meanderingly moved depending on and separate from rotation of the core.

The figure moving article is constructed so as to exhibit deformation such as torsion, bending, rotation, expansion, contraction or the like by carrying out circular movement or oscillation movement in response to the action of a viewer such as hand clapping, vibration or the like.

A rotating drive device capable of exhibiting a variety of applications and/or diversities and being easily assembled. The rotating drive device includes a drive mechanism unit and a transmission mechanism unit operatively connected to the drive mechanism unit. The drive mechanism unit includes a casing, in which a power supply, a sensor and a motor are arranged. The drive mechanism unit also includes an output shaft which is operatively connected to the motor and through which the transmission mechanism unit is connected to the drive mechanism unit. The motor is electrically connected to the power supply and sensor so as to be actuated when the sensor detects an external stimulus. The transmission mechanism unit includes an input section operatively connected to the output shaft of the drive mechanism unit to transmit the drive force of the drive mechanism unit to the transmission mechanism unit and a plurality of output sections for transmitting the power of the transmission mechanism unit to the exterior.
