A fuel cell system, wherein the fuel cell system comprises a fuel cell, an oxidant gas system and a controller; wherein the oxidant gas system comprises an oxidant gas supply flow path, an oxidant off-gas discharge flow path, a first bypass flow path, an oxidant gas supplier, a pressure control valve, a gas-liquid separator and a humidifier; wherein the oxidant gas supplier comprises, on the oxidant off-gas discharge flow path side, an expander connected to the oxidant gas supplier by an axis.

Fuel cell system

The present disclosure provides a fuel cell system that allows greater convenience and smaller size to be achieved. The fuel cell system of the disclosure comprises a fuel cell module and a liquid water discharge channel for discharge of liquid water in the fuel cell module. The fuel cell module comprises a battery stack, a reactive gas discharge manifold formed so that, during use of the fuel cell system, reactive gas flows from the lower end in the vertical direction to the upper end in the vertical direction, a reactive gas discharge outlet disposed so as to be located at the upper end of the reactive gas discharge manifold in the vertical direction, and a liquid water discharge outlet disposed so as to be located at the lower end of the reactive gas discharge manifold in the vertical direction. The liquid water discharge channel is connected to the liquid water discharge outlet in such a manner that liquid water flows through its interior.

To make it possible to suppress the occurrence of white fog and water splashing in a fuel cell system and to discharge gas and liquid to the outside of the system while diluting fuel gas, a fuel cell system is provided wherein each of an anode off-gas passage and a cathode off-gas passage is provided with a gas-liquid separator, an exhaust passage and a drain passage are separated, a gas in the anode off-gas is mixed with a gas in the cathode off-gas and are discharged together, and a liquid in the anode off-gas is mixed with a liquid in the cathode off-gas and are discharged together. The liquid surface level of the gas-liquid separator provided in the anode off-gas passage is controlled by a controller so that the liquid surface level does not become zero when liquid is discharged. As a result, in the gas-liquid separator, it is possible to prevent the gas in the anode off-gas from flowing into the drain side. Thus, the occurrence of white fog or water splashing can be suppressed by separately providing the exhaust system and the drain system. Additionally, it is possible to dilute the fuel gas by mixing the anode exhaust gas with the cathode exhaust gas in the exhaust system.

Fuel cell system and vehicle

To precisely measure and control the amount of a cathode gas supplied to a fuel cell, a fuel cell system includes a fuel cell, a first flow passage through which a cathode gas is supplied to the fuel cell, a second flow passage through which a cathode off-gas is discharged from the fuel cell, a bypass flow passage which is bifurcated from the first flow passage and which is connected to the second flow passage, a compressor provided in the first flow passage, a first flowmeter provided in the first flow passage, a flow amount regulation valve provided in the bypass flow passage, a second flowmeter provided in the bypass flow passage, and a controller which controls the flow amount of the cathode gas supplied to the fuel cell, wherein the compressor is arranged on the upstream side of the bypass flow passage, the first flowmeter is arranged on the upstream side of the compressor, the second flowmeter is arranged on the downstream side of the flow amount regulation valve, and the controller controls the flow amount of the cathode gas supplied to the fuel cell based on the flow amount measured by the first flowmeter and the flow amount measured by the second flowmeter.

A fuel cell system includes: a fuel cell stack; a centrifugal compressor that compresses and supplies the oxidant gas to the fuel cell stack; a regulating valve that controls pressure at an outlet of the compressor; and a control unit that controls the compressor and the regulating valve, wherein the control unit determines a rotation speed of the compressor and an open degree of the regulating valve based on a target air flow rate corresponding to a current value instructed to the fuel cell stack, actuates the compressor based on the determined rotation speed, and actuates the regulating valve based on the determined open degree. The control unit executes feedback control to reduce the difference between an actual air flow rate and a target air flow rate by changing the open degree of the regulating valve while maintaining the rotation speed of the compressor.

Hydroxyl groups (OH) are attached to a surface of the protective film. As a result, the contact angle between surface of the protective film and a water droplet is less than or equal to 40 degrees.

Semiconductor device and method for manufacturing the same

According to the present invention, the state of a liquid fuel such as diesel fuel is made a supercritical state by raising the pressure and the temperature of the fuel above the critical pressure and temperature. Then, the fuel is injected from the fuel injection valve into the combustion chamber of the engine in the supercritical state. When the fuel in the supercritical state is injected into the combustion chamber of the engine, it forms an extremely fine uniform mist in the entire combustion chamber. Therefore, the combustion in the engine is largely improved.
