There is provided a reflector having tray shapes excellent in shape retention, specifically, a reflector having tray shapes which change little even when exposed to a moist heat environment for a long period of time and is suitable for a direct type backlight unit, an LED lighting unit, and an illumination for a plant factory.

Laminated polyester film

The present invention provides a laminated film comprising a polyester film having a resin layer on at least one side thereof, wherein said resin layer contains at least metal oxide particles (A) having a number average particle diameter of 3 nm or more and 50 nm or less, and an acrylic resin (B), and a component (C) derived from an oxazoline-based compound and/or a component (C) derived from a melamine-based compound, and wherein said acrylic resin (B) contains a monomer unit (b), a monomer unit (b) and a monomer unit (b). The present invention provides a laminated film which is excellent in transparency, suppression of interference pattern upon lamination of a high refractive index hard coat layer, adhesive property to a high refractive index hard coat layer, and adhesion under high temperature and high humidity conditions (adhesion under high temperature and high humidity conditions), at a low cost.

Provided is a multilayer film, in which a resin layer obtained using a resin (&#x3b1;) is provided on at least one surface of a polyester film, and which satisfies the conditions (I)-(IV) described below. (I) The resin layer has a thickness of 80-500 nm. (II) The resin layer has a pencil hardness of F or higher. (III) The multilayer film has a haze of 3.0% or less. (IV) The resin (&#x3b1;) is a resin that is obtained by heating a resin composition, which contains a resin (A) that has a hydroxyl group and an acryloyl group and a melamine compound (B) that has a methylol group, at 150&#xb0; C. or higher. This multilayer film has a transparent resin layer that has a predominantly thin thickness of 500 nm or less, while having high hardness and excellent oligomer precipitation inhibiting properties.

A laminated film including a thermoplastic resin film and an laminated layer that is formed on at least one side of the thermoplastic resin film and comprises (A) a composition, (B) an epoxy crosslinking agent and (C) an acrylic resin having an alkyl chain of 18 to 25 carbon atoms is characterized in that the composition (A) is a composition containing at least a polythiophene and a polyanion and/or a composition containing a polythiophene derivative and a polyanion, the laminated layer contains 15 to 100 parts by weight of the acrylic resin (C) having an alkyl chain of 18 to 25 carbon atoms based on 100 parts by weight of the sum of the composition (A) and the crosslinking agent (B) and/or its reaction product, at least one side of the laminated film has a three-dimensional average surface roughness (SRa) of 3 to 50 nm, and the laminated film contains less than 10 internal contaminant particles with an average particle size of at least 100 &#x3bc;m per 1 m, so that it has high level of electrical conductivity, good releasability and water resistance, and also has oligomer precipitation-preventing properties during heating.

A laminated adhesive thermoplastic resin film includes a laminated layer containing a polyester resin (A) and a polyester resin (B) different from each other in glass transition temperature and a melamine-based crosslinking agent (C) as components and having a surface energy of 48 to 55 mN/m, formed at least on one surface of the thermoplastic resin film, wherein the glass transition temperature of the polyester resin (A) is 110&#xb0; C. or higher; the glass transition temperature of the polyester resin (B) is 60&#xb0; C. to lower than 110&#xb0; C.; and the amount of the melamine-based crosslinking agent (C) is 75 to 200 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight based on the weight of the polyester resin (A) and the polyester resin (B).

Laminated adhesive thermoplastic resin film

A laminated film including a thermoplastic resin film, and a laminated layer disposed on at least one surface of the thermoplastic resin film including an acryl-urethane copolymer resin (A), and a polyester resin (B), and a crosslinking agent (C) including an isocyanate crosslinking agent, a carbodiimide crosslinking agent or mixtures thereof, the amount of the crosslinking agent (C) is from 5 to 70 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the sum of the acryl-urethane copolymer resin (A) and the polyester resin (B).

A laminated film is provided, in which a laminated layer including at least 50 percent by weight of composition (A) and cross-linking agent (B) is laminated on at least one surface of a thermoplastic resin film, wherein the composition (A) is a composition comprising a polythiophene and a polyanion or a composition comprising a polythiophene derivative and a polyanion, and the laminated layer has a sea-island structure in which the cross-linking agent (B) is present in the composition (A). Consequently, a laminated film exhibits an unprecedentedly high level of antistatic property unaffected by changes in humidity, and has excellent transparency, water resistance, and scratch resistance.
