A vehicle control system is capable of implementing a fail operation while ensuring safety of traveling of a vehicle even when a power source function failure of a battery occurs. The vehicle control system includes an HV battery, first, second, third and fourth high-voltage relays that are redundantly arranged on an upstream side and a downstream side of the HV battery, a first and second DC-DC converters that are connected to the relays, a first and second high-voltage SW control units that are disposed on a downstream side of the converters and control the relays, and an in-vehicle battery disposed on a downstream side of the second DC-DC converter. The first high-voltage SW control unit and the second high-voltage SW control unit interrupt the relays and control a vehicle based on electric power of the in-vehicle battery on condition that an abnormality of the HV battery is detected.

Vehicle control system

Provided is an electronic control device including a timer that operates during a key-off time period, the electronic control device having high reliability to diagnose whether the timer is normally operated even during the key-off time period. The electronic control device includes a first power supply unit to which a battery voltage is always supplied as a power supply voltage, the first power supply unit including a first timer that measures a key-off time period, a diagnostic timer different from the first timer, and a first timer diagnosis unit that compares a timer value of the first timer with that of the diagnostic timer during the key-off time period.

Electronic control device and diagnosis method of electronic control device

A load driving device includes a synchronous rectifier circuit having a driving-side switching element and a reflux-side switching element; a driver control circuit controls the synchronous rectifier circuit; and a voltage monitor circuit that monitors whether the voltage of an output terminal of the synchronous rectifier circuit is within a predetermined voltage range; where the driver control circuit, upon receiving a diagnosis command, performs control so that when the driving-side switching element is switched from ON to OFF, the reflux-Side switching element is also switched to OFF; and the voltage monitor circuit detects a normal state when the voltage to be monitored is within a normal level during a period in which both the driving-side switching element and the reflux-side switching element are turned OFF.

Load driving device

The present disclosure provides a control device having versatility and extensibility of a load driving circuit. A control device includes a processor and an IC, in which the IC includes: a communication circuit that transmits a control signal from the processor; a first drive circuit that drives a first load; a second drive circuit that drives a second load and is provided outside the IC separately from the first drive circuit; and a third drive circuit that controls the second drive circuit, the processor transmits channel information corresponding to the number of switches of the second drive circuit to the IC, and the communication circuit changes the number of channels of the third drive circuit on the basis of the channel information.

Control device comprising a processor and an IC

A power supply apparatus that can realize ripple reduction, and an electronic control unit including the power supply apparatus are provided. In view of this, a PWM controller generates a PWM signal, and a PFM controller generates a PFM signal having a phase independent of the PWM signal. A level-fixed period generating circuit sets a level-fixed period having a start timing at a selection timing set to an edge of the PFM signal. A mode selecting circuit selects, at the selection timing and as a switching control signal, the PWM signal instead of the PFM signal, and controls a logic level of the switching control signal in the level-fixed period starting at the selection timing, such that the logic level becomes a fixed logic level.

Power supply apparatus and electronic control unit

An electronic control device has a compact abnormality detection circuit that does not require a complicated circuit, and is capable of suppressing a cost increase when being applied a direct injection injector drive circuit and other drive circuits. A current detection circuit includes a current detection resistor, a differential amplifier, and a current detection unit. The current detected is supplied to the abnormality/normality determination unit. A combined resistance value of a diagnostic current drive circuit and the current detection resistor is higher than an injector drive circuit. A fuel injection signal is input to a logic circuit, and a fuel cut signal is input to a different terminal of the logic circuit. The logic circuit's output terminal is connected to the injector drive circuit's gate. The output signal from a fuel injection signal output unit is supplied via a switch to the diagnostic current drive circuit's gate.

Electronic control device and abnormality/normality determination method of electronic control device

To achieve, in a load drive device including an H-bridge circuit, miniaturization of a capacitor or/and the constituent elements of the H-bridge circuit (e.g., reduction in volume) with circuit elements, for example, switching elements included in the H-bridge circuit, being inhibited from breaking down or destroying even in a case where a load is overloaded. The invention is disclosed in which, as a solution to the achievement, first and second modes are provided as a switching mode for the switching elementsandand switching is appropriately performed between the first and second modes.

Load drive device

A step-up/down power supply, in which a circuit area is small, includes a step-down unit that generates an output voltage lower than an input voltage by turning on or off a step-down switch in which the input voltage of the step-up/down power supply is applied, and a step-up unit that generates an output voltage higher than the input voltage by turning on or off a step-up switch in which a ground is applied. A step-down gate voltage control circuit controls a gate voltage of the step-down switch and includes a gate voltage generating circuit that generates a first voltage and a second voltage for turning on the step-down switch. A gate voltage switching circuit switches between the first voltage and the second voltage, and the gate voltage generating circuit includes a first voltage source that generates the first voltage and a second voltage source that generates the second voltage.

Step-up/down power supply and power supply circuit

The present invention is to provide a magnet coil drive control device that can efficiently suppress conduction noise while reducing the capacitance of a capacitor. A capacitor and an impedance element are arranged in series on the connecting line connecting the positive electrode line and the negative electrode line of a DC power supply, the connecting line between the capacitor and the impedance element is connected to one end of a magnet coil via a freewheeling diode, and the portion between the freewheeling diode and the one end of the magnet coil is connected to the positive electrode line or the negative electrode line by a switching element. Conduction noise caused by the driving current of the magnet coil can be suppressed by the impedance element, and the capacitance of the capacitor can be further reduced. Accordingly, the magnet coil drive control device can be made smaller in size.

Electromagnetic coil driving control device

In a vehicle control device in which a driver circuit which does not have a computing function and a computing device communicate with each other, there is provided a technology which can efficiently diagnose that both the driver circuit and the computing device normally communicate with each other by a simple technique. The vehicle control device according to the present invention transmits diagnosis data as a control command from a computing portion to the driver circuit, and the driver circuit sends inverted diagnosis data in which the diagnosis data is bit-inverted back to the computing portion. The computing portion diagnoses whether or not the communication between the computing portion and the driver circuit is normally performed, by using the diagnosis data and the inverted diagnosis data.

Vehicle control device

Disclosed is an electronic control unit capable of identifying an abnormality in a power supply voltage without narrowing the operating voltage range, and having minimal effects on cost and the circuit mounting surface area. The ECU includes a microcomputer containing an input terminal VCCin and an input terminal Vrin, a power supply IC that supplies a power supply voltage VCC to the input terminal VCCin, and as a reference-voltage-generator circuit a voltage-divider resistor and a voltage-divider resistor configuring a voltage-dividing circuit that outputs a sub-divided voltage Vc is sub-divided from the power supply voltage VCC, a capacitor coupled at one end to the input terminal Vrin and coupled on at the other end to ground, and a voltage isolation element coupled between the voltage-dividing circuit and the input terminal Vrin.
