A communication network system includes a cloud server device connectable with an external device via a global network, and a gateway device. The gateway device includes a first communication section which communicates with the cloud server device via the global network; a second communication section which communicates with an internal device via a local area network; first and second communication controlling sections which respectively control the first and second communication sections; and a communication history storage section. After establishment of a session between the external device and the internal device under the control of the first and second communication sections by the first and second communication controlling sections, the communication history storage section stores communication history information about a history of the communication between the external device and the internal device.

Communication network system

An inexpensive small-sized screen printing machine having low redundancy and high production efficiency and applicable to a dual conveying-type component mounting machine. A pair of substrate supporting tables juxtaposed in a specific direction is provided. Screen printing is alternately performed by a single print executing section in a common area which can be shared by the two substrate supporting tables. In doing so, when one substrate supporting table located at a print position among the pair of substrate supporting tables starts exiting the print position, the other substrate supporting table starts entry to the print position.

Screen printing machine

Disclosed is an inexpensive small-sized screen printing machine having low redundancy and high production efficiency and applicable to a dual conveying-type component mounting machine. The screen printing machine comprises a pair of substrate supporting tables provided to hold a respective substrate that is a print object and which is juxtaposed in a direction that is perpendicular to a conveying direction of the substrate, and a print executing section that performs a printing process alternately on the substrate held by the pair of substrate supporting tables. Due to the print executing section being driven in the direction under control of a control unit, a print position where the substrate supporting tables execute alternate printing is changed within a range in which one of the pair of substrate supporting tables and the other of the pair of substrate supporting tables oppose each other in the direction.

A component mounting apparatus includes: an operational sequence supervision unit which is created in compiler language determining an operational sequence specifying a series of sequence operations of suctioning, recognizing and mounting a component; and a second memory unit which stores a custom program, created in interpreter language and specifying an operation different from the series of sequence operations, and custom program designation information that designates execution of the custom program. The operational sequence supervision unit controls a switching process for switching from the series of sequence operations to an interpreter language processing execution routine for executing the custom program, during, or before or after, the series of sequence operations in accordance with the custom program designation information.

Component mounting apparatus

A screen printing apparatus includes a printing execution unit that performs screen printing on a substrate. At least one substrate support table that is provided movably along a specific direction orthogonal to the conveying direction. A table drive mechanism that moves the substrate support table at least between substrate entry and exit positions along a specific direction. The substrate entry and exit positions are set asymmetrically with respect to the specific direction. A printing execution unit drive mechanism is provided to drive the printing execution unit along the specific direction. A control unit is provided to control the printing execution unit drive mechanism so that the printing execution unit is driven to set the printing position on a substrate conveying path needed for the substrate support table to move from the substrate entry to the substrate exit.

Screen printing apparatus

A screen printing apparatus in which two printing units are provided in a production line which transports boards from a single board exit position set on a downstream side in a conveyance direction. One printing unit being disposed is available for set-up tasks while the other printing unit is working. Since set-up tasks can be conducted in one printing unit while the other printing unit is working, then it is possible to improve through-put dramatically even in cases where small-volume diverse-component production is carried out in a single lane.
