A rotary solenoid for stabilizing performance is provided. A rotary solenoidincludes a pair of the first yokeand the second yokeplaced oppositely in a rotorproviding a pair of magnetic poles by a permanent magnet, a coreenclosed by the first yokeand the second yoke, and a coilwound around the coreand forming a pair of magnetic poles in the first yokeand the second yokeby supplying electricity. Rotary solenoid

A terminal for a solenoid has a weld portion to which an end portion of a lead wire of the solenoid covered with a cover member is welded. The terminal also has a clamp portion for clamping a portion of the lead wire that is located toward a main body of the solenoid from the end portion of the lead wire. Tensile loads on the lead wire of the solenoid are received by the clamped portion of the lead wire and the welded end portion of the lead wire remains free from tensile loads.

A fuel-effusion prevention valve includes a first housing member having an evaporation passage, a first engaging portion and a first cylindrical portion, and a second housing member having a partition portion, a communicating passage, a second engaging portion and a second cylindrical portion. The first cylindrical portion is formed so as to extend axially from the first engaging portion, and its diameter is smaller than that of the second engaging portion. The second cylindrical portion is formed so as to extend axially from the second engaging portion. A floating valve is disposed in a chamber so as to be able to open and close the valve hole in response to its buoyancy due to fuel flowing into the second chamber through the communicating passage. The first cylindrical portion is fused with the second cylindrical portion. A circular seal member is fitted into an installation hole formed on the fuel tank and its inner hole is fitted onto the outer circumferential surface of the first cylindrical portion.

Fuel-effusion prevention valve

A valve operation control system for an internal combustion engine having a cam-shaft and a crank-shaft has an adjusting device for adjusting a phase difference between the cam-shaft and the crank-shaft by being supplied with hydraulic pressure, a driving device integrated with the adjusting device and having an oil pump driven by the cam-shaft and a hydraulic pressure line between the oil pump and the adjusting device, and a hydraulic pressure control device disposed in the hydraulic pressure line for regulating the hydraulic pressure to be supplied to the adjusting device.

Valve operation control system

A valve opening and closing timing control apparatus is disclosed, which includes an engine including a cam shaft and a crank shaft, a first sensor adapted for detecting rotary positions of the cam shaft, a second sensor adapted for detecting rotary positions of the crank shaft, a hydraulic pump driven by the crank shaft, a rotary phase varying means disposed on the cam shaft and adapted for varying rotary phases of the cam shaft, a hydraulic line connecting the hydraulic pump and the rotary phase varying means, a hydraulic control means disposed in the hydraulic line, an electronic control means adapted for controlling the hydraulic means and receiving output signals which are output by the first sensor and the second sensor at least, thereby operating the rotary phase varying means with the hydraulic control means under linear control. The electronic control means detects the rotary positions of the cam shaft and the crank shaft and operates the rotary phase varying means with the hydraulic control means under the linear control in order to establish an optimum valve opening and closing timing depending on engine conditions. Hence, the valve opening and closing timing control apparatus can establish the valve opening and closing timing at optimum and desired occasions, which distinguishes over the conventional digitized valve opening and closing timing.

Valve opening and closing timing control apparatus

An electromagnetic valve has an electromagnetic coil, a main body arranged adjacent to the coil, a fixed core arranged inside of the coil, and a movable core arranged inside of the coil and beside the fixed core such that a space exists between the movable and fixed cores. A cylindrical sleeve is arranged on a side surface of the main body and a cylindrical spool valve is arranged in an inner portion of the cylindrical sleeve such that the spool valve forms a step portion. A gap communicates with the space between the movable and fixed cores, while at least one opening in the body of the spool valve communicates the interior of the spool valve with the step portion. An intermediate plate in the form of an annular plate with a plurality of radial grooves can be arranged between the main body and the sleeve.

Electromagnetic valve

In an electromagnetic valve, the fixed core of a solenoid has an axially extending annular wall at one end. The movable core of the solenoid is connected to a poppet for closing a fluid passage of a valve seat member and is fittable in the recess defined by the annular wall. The magnetic flux flow path including the annular wall provides reduced hysteresis for the initial part of the stroke of the poppet upon energization of the solenoid.

A solenoid valve comprises a housing including an inlet port for fluid communication with a positive pressure source and an outlet port for fluid communication with a negative pressure source; a passage for fluid communication between the inlet port and the outlet port; and an axially bi-directional solenoid-actuated valve in the housing for opening and closing the passage, including an electromagnetically movable valve member having a sealing area exposed to the negative pressure from the outlet port when the valve means is in the closed position; and a diaphragm defining a back pressure chamber in fluid communication with the passage for offsetting the effect of the negative pressure on the exposed sealing area and reducing the electromagnetic force required to move the valve member.

Solenoid valve

A solenoid valve includes a non-magnetic main body having therein a solenoid coil and core, the core being formed of magnetic material and extending in the coil along the axial direction thereof. A plate member formed of a magnetic material is positioned at one end of the main body along the direction of movement of the core, and is integrally formed with the coil bobbin. A housing member having fluid communication passages therein is positioned adjacent the plate member at a side of the plate member opposite the main body. A valve structure actuatable by the core is positioned between the main body and the housing member for controlling fluid flow in fluid communication passages within the housing member. A yoke member formed of a magnetic material has a U-shaped including arms mechanically secured to the plate member, and has a bent portion mounted to the core.

This internal gear pump has: a pump housing formed with a rotor receiving cavity which has a cylindrical circumferential inner wall surface; an outer rotor formed with a generally cylindrical outer surface which fits closely and coaxially in the cylindrical circumferential inner wall surface of the rotor receiving cavity and is rotatable around their mutual central axis within the pump housing, and which is further formed with an inner cavity the defining surface of which is formed with a plurality of internally facing teeth; and an inner rotor, somewhat smaller than the inner cavity of the outer rotor, which is formed with a plurality of externally facing teeth which mesh and cooperate with the internally facing teeth of the outer rotor. A pumping chamber is defined between the outer surface of the inner rotor and the inner surface of the outer rotor between the mutually meshing teeth thereof. An aperture is formed in the pump housing to define an intake plenum, and this aperture opens to define an intake port structure through several portions of the circumferential inner wall surface of the rotor receiving cavity, at least one remaining portion of the circumferential inner wall surface of the rotor receiving cavity intervening between separate such several portions of the circumferential wall surface of the rotor receiving cavity which are removed to allow the intake port structure to open therethrough.
