Motor armature structure and motor armature manufacturing method

Provided is a rotor of an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor, including a plurality of poles, wherein each of the plurality of poles includes a plurality of magnets, and the plurality of magnets is provided in such a manner that a magnetomotive force resulting from each magnet becomes weaker with increasing distance from a magnet center.

Rotor of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor

A stator sub-assembly with a connector includes a stator sub-assembly including a stator core and a rigid wiring board, and a connector fixed to a connector mounting part of the rigid wiring board in such a way that it is opposed to the stator core in the radial direction of the frame. A groove part that extends in the axial direction from an opening in the axial direction and accommodates the connector and the connector mounting part is formed in an inner peripheral surface of the frame. A window part for an opponent connector to mate with the connector accommodated in the groove part is formed in the frame. The window part opens in an outer surface of the frame and an inner surface of the groove part, and has an unbroken inner peripheral surface.

Rotary electric motor

A linear motor includes: a mover including an output shaft portion extending in a direction of a thrust axis; a detection portion configured to be capable of detecting a position of the output shaft portion in the direction of the thrust axis; and a detected portion fixed to the mover, the mover further includes: a mounting base to which the detected portion is attached; and a metal fastening member that fastens the mounting base to an end surface, on one side in the direction of the thrust axis, of the output shaft portion, and the mounting base includes: a metal fastened portion sandwiched between the end surface, on the one side in the direction of the thrust axis, of the output shaft portion, and the fastening member; and a resin mounting portion having a mounting surface to which the detected portion is attached, the mounting surface being provided at a position off the thrust axis.

Linear motor and linear head module

A linear head module includes a plurality of linear units each having an output member, and a housing. The linear unit has a mover and a stator. The stator has an output-side bearing holder and a counter-output-side bearing holder. The housing has: a main body portion integrally including an output-side surface portion, a counter-output-side surface portion, and a coupling portion that couples the output-side surface portion and the counter-output-side surface portion; a flange facing the output-side surface portion; and a bracket facing the counter-output-side surface portion.

Linear head module

A linear head module includes: a plurality of linear motors each including a mover having an output shaft portion; a plurality of detection portions each configured to detect a position of the respective output shaft portion in a direction of a thrust axis; a single circuit board provided with the plurality of detection portions; and a detected portion provided to the respective mover, the detected portion is fixed to the mover via a mounting base, and as viewed in the direction of the thrust axis, a direction in which the mounting base extends from the output shaft portion is different from a direction in which the output shaft portion and the circuit board face each other.

In a frame structure of a motor, when the number of angles of a frame is 4M (M is a natural number, and M&#x2265;1), and the number of slots of an armature core is 6N (N is a natural number, and N&#x2265;1), the armature core is inserted into the frame in such a manner as to form a variation &#x3b8; within a predetermined range in a circumferential direction between a reference line that is orthogonal to two opposing sides of the frame and passes through a rotation axis of the frame, and a straight line linking magnetic poles symmetric about a point with respect to the rotation axis.

A power transmission device includes: a high speed magnet rotor which includes a magnet array which is magnetized in a radial direction; a low speed magnet rotor which includes a magnet array which is magnetized in a circumferential direction; and an inductor rotor which allows magnetic fluxes from the magnet array of the high speed magnet rotor to pass, and the high speed magnet rotor, the low speed magnet rotor and the inductor rotor are concentrically arranged and the magnet array of the low speed magnet rotor is formed such that homopolar surfaces of neighboring magnets face each other in the circumferential direction.

Power transmission device

The inductor type rotary motor of m-phase (m represents an integer of 2 or more) includes a stator in which distal ends of teeth are circularly disposed, and a rotor having an inductor tooth that faces each of the distal ends of the teeth through a constant gap. The stator includes k&#xb7;m teeth (k represents an integer of 1 or more), at least one permanent magnet is disposed at each of the teeth, and adjacent permanent magnets, which belong to teeth adjacent to each other, are disposed in such a manner that different polarities face each other.

Inductor type rotary motor

A linear motor includes a field core, a stator that includes a plurality of permanent magnets disposed on the field core, and an armature core that includes an armature winding wire, the armature core being disposed via a magnetic void with the permanent magnets. Assuming that a length of the armature core in a traveling direction of the linear motor is Lc, a pitch of the permanent magnets is &#x3c4;p, and N is a natural number, the length Lc of the armature core is specified by (N&#xd7;&#x3c4;p&#x2212;0.2&#xd7;&#x3c4;p)&#x2264;Lc&#x2264;(N&#xd7;&#x3c4;p+0.2&#xd7;&#x3c4;p).

Linear motor

An interior magnet linear induction motor includes an armature and a line of inductor teeth. The armature includes coils arranged between a plurality of teeth, and the line of inductor teeth is arranged so as to face the armature and includes a plurality of tooth portions arranged at a constant pitch in a linear stroke direction. An end portion of each of the plurality of teeth has a shape such that magnetoresistance of the tooth increases toward the root side. At least one permanent magnet is arranged at an end portion of each of the plurality of teeth and adjacent permanent magnets that are arranged at different teeth are magnetized such that opposite magnetic poles face each other.

Interior magnet linear induction motor

A rotational-linear motion converter includes a cylindrical magnet rotor, a linear rail, a teeth row, and a magnet row. The magnet rotor includes a magnet row magnetized in a radial direction of the magnet rotor. The rail includes a plurality of projecting portions and recessed portions. The teeth row includes teeth and allows a magnetic flux flowing from the magnet row of the magnet rotor to pass between the magnet rotor and the rail. The magnet row includes magnets and is magnetized in an extending direction of the rail in order to align the magnetic flux flowing from the magnet row of the magnet rotor toward the projecting portions and the recessed portions of the rail. In the magnet row magnetized in the extending direction of the rail, the same polarity faces of adjacent magnets oppose each other in the extending direction of the rail.

Rotational-linear motion converter

A moving magnetic field generating apparatus includes a magnet array including magnets disposed at a first pitch such that N and S poles of adjacent magnets in the magnet array are alternated, and first and second magnetic pole piece arrays extending along the magnet array to interpose the magnet array therebetween with a gap from the magnet array. The first and second magnetic pole piece arrays are disposed with a predetermined phase difference therebetween. The first magnetic pole piece array includes first magnetic pole pieces disposed at a second pitch in an array and each having a length enough to face at least two adjacent magnets in the magnet array. The second magnetic pole piece array is configured similarly to the first magnetic pole piece array. One of the first and second magnetic pole piece arrays and the magnet array is relatively moved to the other at a predetermined speed.

Electric apparatus with moving magnetic field generating apparatus

The tubular linear motor includes an armature having a coil and a magnetic exciter having a permanent magnet provided to face the coil. The armature has a yoke that blocks a magnetic flux, teeth that partition a slot for storing the coil, and the coil that is arranged to extend over the teeth from an inner side of the slot toward the magnetic exciter while a mechanical gap is reserved between the magnetic exciter and the coil. The magnetic exciter has a plurality of permanent magnets by interposing a soft magnetic body.

Tubular linear motor

An electric machine that allows enhancement of thrust of a mover is provided. An electric machine includes a magnetic pole piece array including a plurality of magnetic pole pieces spaced along a permanent magnet array. The magnetic pole pieces are disposed between the permanent magnet array and winding portions in immovable relation with the winding portions. The pitch of permanent magnets and the pitch of magnetic pole pieces are determined such that magnetic flux flows through two of the permanent magnets magnetized in the same direction and located in the permanent magnet array with one permanent magnet interposed between the two permanent magnets, and also flows through one of the magnetic pole pieces facing the one permanent magnet interposed between the two permanent magnets and magnetized in a direction of magnetization different from the direction of magnetization of the two permanent magnets.
