A rubber plug for a vial container includes a leg portion press molded independently, and having a base end side portion, and a plate-shape cap portion bonded to the base end side portion press-molded with the leg portion. The leg portion and the plate-shape cap portion have bonding areas formed as concentric concavo-convex areas. The base end side portion of the leg portion including the area bonded with the plate-shape cap portion is formed of a material same as that of the plate-shape cap portion. A remaining portion of the leg portion except for the base end side is formed by a material different from the plate-shape cap portion.

A sanitary container has a hollow cavity for storing a product in cleanliness. A wall portion of the container has a laminated structure of an inner layer and an outer layer. The outer layer is made of a cyclic olefin polymer containing at least one pigment selected from the group consisting of C.I. Pigment Yellow 147, C.I. Pigment Yellow 180 and C.I. Pigment Yellow 181 and added therein. The inner layer is made of a cyclic olefin polymer free of the at least one pigment. The sanitary container is superb in pigment dispersion (ultraviolet ray blocking property), is free of troublesome contamination of its content with pigment particles, and is also excellent in impact resistance strength, gas barrier properties and interface bonding.

A sanitary container is molded from a plastic, for example, a cyclic olefin polymer or a hydrogenation product thereof. The plastic has been added with at least one pigment selected from the group consisting of C.I. Pigment Yellow 147, C.I. Pigment Yellow 180 and C.I. Pigment Yellow 181. The content of the at least one pigment may preferably range from 0.01 to 0.3 wt. % based the plastic.

The sanitary container can be produced by forming the inorganic coating on the surface of the base container by plasma CVD.

The present invention provides sanitary laminated rubber articles suitable for use as various articles with safety and sanitary property, for example, containers for foods or pharmaceutical chemicals, transporters, instruments, packaging materials and the like. In this sanitary laminated article, the rubber surface is laminated with a resin film comprising a cyclic olefinic compound or bridged polycyclic hydrocarbon compound as a polymeric component.

A sanitary rubber article having an improved surface property to be useful as rubber parts of medical instruments or machines and as rubber articles for medicaments is provided. This sanitary rubber article is coated, through bridging and bonding, with a modified polysiloxane composition comprising a modified polysiloxane having at least one modifying group selected from the group consisting of alkenyl, acryloyl, vinyloxy, maleimide and phenylketone groups in the molecule.
