A conveyance device suitable for an automobile assembling plant has an object loading and unloading conveyance device between a hanging conveyance line, in which a pallet supporting a door is conveyed while being supported by a hanging hanger, and an object loading and unloading position on the floor side. The conveyance device also has a pallet transferring position set above the object loading and unloading position, a horizontal conveyance device, which conveys a pallet between the pallet transferring position and a hanger stop position, and an elevating conveyance device which conveys the pallet vertically between the object loading and unloading position and the pallet transferring position. The elevating conveyance device rotates a plurality of pallet mounting bases in an endless cyclic elevating path while holding these in erect postures, and the pallet mounting bases are arranged at even intervals equal to the distance between the upper and lower positions.

Object loading and unloading conveyance device

The present invention provides a carrier elevating apparatus suitable for a low floor type conveying apparatus with carriers. A cam railextends along a horizontal running track, along which a carriage runs. The carriage includes a deck, on which an erectable cross-linking mechanismis mounted. The cross-linking mechanismsupports and vertically moves a carrierA. The cross-linking mechanismincludes a linkand a link. The linkis supported at its lower end pivotably by the deckthrough a fixed horizontal pivot shaft. The linksandare connected together at their middle points by a fulcrum shaft, which is parallel with the pivot shaft. The linkis fitted with a driven memberbetween the shaftsand. An elevatoris supported vertically movably by the deck. The elevatorincludes a bearing memberfixed to its top and a cam followersupported by its bottom. The driven memberis supported by the bearing memberhorizontally movably relative to it. The cam followercan follow the cam rail, lifting the elevator, so that the cross-linking mechanismerects to elevate the carrierA.

Conveying apparatus with carriers

An induction line cover includes a cylinder-shaped section into which an induction line can be fitted, plate-shaped sections continuously connected outwardly from a pair of ends created by cutting a slit longitudinally in the cylinder-shaped section at a circumferential position of the cylinder-shaped section, and engaging sections formed adjacent outer faces of the plate-shaped sections and being engageable toward the movement track. A cover joining member for connecting the induction line cover has a receiving section which can receive the engaging sections, and is configured to be accommodated within the extent of the outer diameter of the cylinder-shaped section when the engaging sections are engaged toward the movement track. By this, connection between induction line covers can be performed firmly with stability using the cover joining member, and sufficient clearance can be secured between the cover joining member and a pickup coil.
