A distributed controller collects measurement value data of a voltage and a current in an own node and in another node; using the measurement voltage and the current of the own node and the measurement voltage and current of another node as input data, estimates a voltage or a current as a state quantity of the electric power system regarding another node from which the measurement value data cannot be collected, and outputs the estimate values; using the measurement data, the estimate value outputted from the state estimation functional unit and a voltage target value that has been set for each node, outputs the control commands for voltage controllers based on voltage change amounts to be distributed to the voltage control devices of the nodes including the own node. The voltages in the electric power system are controlled by superposition of voltage change amounts by the voltage control devices.

An operation assisting system enhances the operator's willingness to participate in energy-saving efforts. The operation assisting system stores information about the actual operation of operated equipment carried out by the operator, evaluates the stored operation information, and displays the results of evaluation. The evaluation results relate to the cost concerning the operated equipment, the cost of supplying energy to the operation target facility, the cost concerning the operated equipment, the amount of emission of carbon dioxide, nitride oxide, and global warming substances, the amount of primary energy consumption, the crude oil-converted amount of energy consumption, the amount of excess or shortage of supply of energy, or electric power quality.

Operation-assisting system and operation-assisting computer program

A system for managing energy consumption has a data storage module, a calculation module and an operation planning module. The data storage module stores an operational past record of a unit belonging to a facility to be managed by the system. The calculation module calculates wasteful energy consumption for the unit based on the operational past record stored in the data storage module. The operation planning module generates an operational plan for the unit belonging to the facility based on the wasteful energy consumption calculated by the calculation module.

Method, system and computer program for managing energy consumption

An operation support system is arranged to effectively provide an operator of an energy supply facility for supplying a plurality of energies in different forms with a hint of an operating method in which energy safety supply and operation cost reduction are both realized. The operation support system takes the steps of deriving demand prediction upper limit value and lower value for each energy form based on recorded demand data; deriving target operation pattern upper and lower limit values of each energy supply device based on the demand prediction upper and lower values; and displaying the target operation pattern upper and lower limit values.

In a control system equipped with a plurality of subsystems and a supervising subsystem for supervising these subsystems, a subgoal achievement performance is calculated by the subsystem using its own knowledge and its own condition with respect to a subgoal defined by the supervising subsystem, and the supervising subsystem controls a control system by utilizing the knowledge and conditions of the respective subsystems by applying a subgoal execution instruction to the subsystem based upon the calculation result. Since not only the knowledge but also the condition of the subsystems, proper controls can be realized in not only such a case that the supervising goal is directed to a static temporal aspect, but also such a case that the supervising goal contains a temporal element.

This determination is initiated and executed when the content of slots of the frames is updated.
